It doesn’t appear to have been involved in any lawsuits pertaining to its CBD products, and it hasn’t received a warning letter from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Yum! I made only the gelée, and put it on top of coconut tapioca pudding. It was really refreshing. I will surely use this recipe for "jello" with other liquids.

Light, enchanting, and so good! The basil is a welcome change to overused mint! The passionfruit jello was delicious, the basil cream awesome! I don’t like it when I get questions about older recipes and am unable to offer much help. I love preparing homemade candies, but I don’t make them as often as I do, say, ice cream. This dessert was stunning!!! I made it for my parents' anniversary dinner and my mother said that she could have believed that it had come from one of the best restaurants in Seattle. I did have some trouble getting the gelee to set up enough and my cream set too much, so the end product didn't look picture perfect, but it still tasted fabulous. This is absolutely my new favorite dessert and I recommend it to any and everyone! I made these in the past and loved them. Didn't have much trouble with the "weeping" of the candy. This year I'm trying out a Pate de Fruit recipe I found. Just wanted to share that I found there that to prevent (or delay) weeping, they toss them in some Everclear. They are produced and guaranteed by FIDA. Place CAULDRON OF SNOW (S); place SPLINTERS; press bellows. Use MITTEN; receive CAULDRON OF HOT WATER. Sprinkle gelatin over water in a small saucepan and let stand 1 minute to soften. Cook over low heat, stirring, until gelatin is dissolved, 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat and whisk in 1 tablespoon basil cream at a time until gelatin mixture is cool, then whisk in remaining cream. Pour through a fine-mesh sieve into a metal bowl, pressing hard on solids and then discarding them. Step 6 Remove chewing gum from SODA; add and unwrap MINT CANDY. Remove cap; unwrap and wad gum; place gum in cap; place mint in cap; replace cap. Receive SWEET BOMB.

I used these silicone molds. Any similar-sized mold will work, but keep in mind that it will alter the yield. Quite delicious and beautiful to boot! I love the combination of tart passionfruit with the sweet basil cream. Recipe Notes

Citric acid, which is optional in this recipe, adds a sour flavor like what you’d find in sour gummies. Passion fruit has plenty of tang on its own, but I liked enhancing it with additional sourness.

I thought the recipe was great i increased the cooking time on the final step by 3 minutes and used a ceramic dish to mold them in with plenty of oil(almond) i also used perfect purees for my fruit additive tried raspberry,blood orange, and mango all worked great!!! this is such a simple and elegant desert.
