What you will learn I’ve just turned over my cards in the Celtic Cross reading and was not surprised at how amazingly accurate it was. I was seeking encouragement from them that I had already chosen the correct path for myself as I was still in some doubt while moving on it. And don’t miss out on the significant symbols like the lemniscate, or infinity sign. Appearing more than once? It could be highlighting themes of continuity, balance, or infinite potential. Placed above the ninth card, the final card of the Celtic cross tarot spread shows the “outcome.” However, Monahan notes, “This is not a hard and fast prediction but more to show where the energy is heading.” We all have free will, and the beauty of tarot, she adds, is that you can change your approach and energy in any given situation, and, in turn, achieve a different outcome. 3. Make the Celtic tarot cross spread your own

Use a card that represents your question or goal. This requires deeper knowledge. If you are wondering about the fate of your relationship, for example, you might choose a card like the Two or Ten of Cups. Pentacles cards would be better suited for questions about career or material concerns.

This card reflects the querent’s goal, aspiration or best outcome with regards to the situation. It is what the querent is working towards consciously as they attempt to resolve the issue. Card 6: BelowIt is a personal choice of how often you do the Tarot. Some people do the Tarot daily to see what the day ahead holds. Other people may choose to do the Tarot weekly or just once and awhile. While there is no set answer I suggest you do it once a day at the most. Tarot timelines can get very confused if you do the Tarot too often.

I see the clear way forward and the people I can expect to meet on my journey who will smooth the way. When a court card appears in the Outcome position, the querent usually has considerable control over the situation. Look to the other cards to learn the nature of that power.The Future - This card represents what could be a likely turn of events, given that nothing changes. These are usually short term happenings, and doesn’t represent the final resolution of these events. Together these six cards give a snapshot of the inner and outer environment at the time of a reading. Use a court card. Each of the suits represent an astrological sign: Wands are Fire signs (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius), Cups are Water (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces), Swords are Air (Gemini, Libra, Aquarius), and Pentacles are Earth (Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn). Therefore, if you are an Aries woman, the Queen of Wands would be an appropriate choice!
