It starts with the chipset, actually. The GT-King Pro has a modified version of the S922X found in the GT-King: the AmLogic S922X-H. The whole system is built on an S922X-H Hexa-core CPU and a Hexa-core ARM G52 MP6 GPU. It is a matter of opinion whether this is a more powerful system than that offered by the Tegra X1 core used in the NVIDIA Shield, and it probably doesn’t really matter because they are both amazing.

Very Important! when you flash your box either by USB or SD-Card NEVER use the option Force Erase All only use the Normal Erase option or you will lose DRM Widevine L1. Hello Beelink support, so I found that the error is on your side since the last fw without errors was 916P0_wol. I put the factory, reinstalled the fw using USB, but nothing worked. It occurred to me that I would put an older fw 916P0_wol using SD and behold everything was without problems. I tried to install more applications in fw 916P0_wol about 20 and everything was fine, the +/- icon (add and remove applications was not lost ...) It is astonishing that no one noticed and certainly others must have it, not just yes. When I put the OTA update from 916P0 to 918P0_wol_bt, the +/- icon was lost and there is already an icon of some installed application ... so it follows that in the last two fw there is this error that I accidentally noticed. Some people might turn their nose up at the NVIDIA Shield because it only has 3 GB of RAM and 16 GB of ROM, but the design is so intelligent that it doesn’t need more than that. Plus, you can plug in external storage via the USB 3.0 ports. I immediately installed ATV Launcher to replace what comes by default on the system. This launcher works very well on Android TV Boxes and can be easily customized too.
How to install EmuELEC on Beelink GT-King Pro or another Amlogic TV Box
So far works smoothly and no more kernel panic issue to date.FYI, this is still a development image as such is on Unstable Branch.It can boot on any of the GT King Pro USB 3.0 or OTG Ports and with HDD attached on any ports.Thank you @spikerguy To start, there’s the operating system itself.
