About this deal

We used a version of the chalk test to inflate tractor tyres, although we didn't actually use chalk. We just parked the tractor on a concrete floor, and then inflated until the lugs were flat on the floor across the bottom. No garage or automotive workshop should be without marking chalk. It’s a really simple way to label tyres, and helps organise your workspace. The first step in using a tyre puncture repair kit is to prepare the tyre. This means removing the tyre from the car and inspecting it for any damage. If you find a puncture, use a tyre gauge to determine the pressure. If the pressure is too low, you'll need to inflate the tyre to the recommended pressure before proceeding with the repair. Locate the puncture Sheesh!....this is about one of the best ways of spotting a deflated or over inflated tyre! This I must try as looking at other threads tyre pressures thet range from 24 to 32 bar!!!! Thanks tmhm![/QUOTE
