About this deal

It’s around 1000 hours at medium brightness and if you don’t use it that much you can probably go 18 months without it draining. The 11 brightness levels this sight comes with are nice. The firing range I went to was indoors, with pretty great lighting. So a lower brightness level was perfect. It allowed me to see the target without being too bright or too dull. On a bright sunny day, a higher brightness would definitely be more useful. It’ll work on many different platforms, anything that takes a 1913 Picatinny rail, but do you really want to spend even more on an optic that pretty much meets your price point and doesn’t break the bank already? Pair it with Bushnell’s excellent warranty and you have a great optic for plinking, competition and even home defense. The TRS 25 isn’t an Aimpoint or a Trijicon, but it’s not meant to be. It’s meant to be a simple and affordable option for your everyday shooter. Recommended Reading

A riser is not required to mount the Bushnell TRS-25 on a firearm. But, it really comes down to personal preference and the rifle itself.

Do you need a riser for a Bushnell TRS-25?

I’ve shot red dots from all spectrums of the cost perspective and all kinds of different brand optics. Bereaved minor trusts and 18-to-25 trusts set up under a will do not have to register on TRS as registrable express trusts (see TRSM23020), but may have to register for taxable purposes if they have a UK tax liability (see TRSM25000). The optic has nitrogen purged and fog proofing with waterproof construction. As far as I can tell, all those features hold. Bushnell claims a battery life of 3000 hours on the TRS-25. But practically speaking, the battery lasts for about 1000 hours or 125 days of use on a medium setting (#6). It is a subjective matter that depends upon the brightness settings and if you power off the sight or not. Is the Bushnell TRS-25 Parallax Free? I was overly impressed with the build quality of the Trophy TRS-25. Though I wasn’t intentionally abusing it, I was not gentle with it either. It is nitrogen-purged to keep condensation from forming on the inside and O-ring seals are seen around the turrets and the battery compartment cap. Waterproof Testing

There’s not a whole lot of plastic on here. So again, I do think it’s going to hold up relatively well, especially for most people that are just shooting at the range, that isn’t in the fog of war or out here on the street, throwing it on the ground and run it into doorframes and things like that. It’s not only crisp but it’s bright. Bushnell solved the ‘dim red dot crisis’ problem with their 11 position rheostat that can be adjusted to match the brightness level of your environment. If the trustees of a sub-fund are different persons to the trustees of the principal settlement, then the sub-fund settlement would be required to register separately on TRS. Unit trusts

When it comes to alternatives in similar budgets that we paid for the Bushnell TRS-25, the field-tested CVLife 1x22x33 comes to mind. It has quite a few more features than the Bushnell but its turrets were close to pathetic. Though it held zero, it was only for 25 yards. With the TRS-25, I zeroed at 50 yards and took it to 100 with no problems. Zeroed in at 50 yards with AR-15. Confirmed with additional 3 shot groups. The Bushnell TRS-25 has been a best selling red dot sight on the market for years now. The first and foremost factor for its popularity is the quality of optics and the renowned name of Bushnell. It’s compact, durable and holds zero right out of the box. And it doesn’t ask for your arms and legs. But from what I’ve personally experienced, once you equip this sight on your gun, there will be no way you’ll want to return it.

This is a trust where the beneficiaries have no knowledge of how the trustees are managing the assets held by the trust. Blind trusts are often used by high-profile persons to avoid conflicts of interest arising out of their role in relation to their investments. Bushnell claims that it has 5,000 hours of battery life on the medium setting, five or six on the brightness knob. The 11 inside really doesn’t bother me. Keep in mind, it’s pretty bright and it does have some fragmentation of the dot at that level. Mounting the Trs-25 is easy and the unit can, therefore, work with the different types of Picatinny rails, and is compatible with most shotguns, muzzleloaders, and rifles, the same cannot be said for the Trs-26. When it comes to the build, the Tres-25 is quite compact and has incorporated a durable metal housing that can withstand the beating of a dynamic environment.
