I don't think I've every felt so seen in another character's perspective the way I did with that paragraph. I want to start with Riley - the invisible girl. The one ignored. The one that thought, "You tiptoe around people just to avoid upsetting them, because it's easier than admitting to yet another of your shortcomings." Probably my favourite couple in the series ever! I love Jonas and Lenny but then the execution of this book doesn't give them justice. Lenny wants to get out from under her fathers thumb, Jonas wants to destroy Lenny’s father for his part in his own fathers death. Enter: fake relationship to piss everyone off. Except, it doesn’t end up being so fake, does it?

This guy was crazy about his cum indeed. Second chance + boy-obsessed heroes are one of my favorite tropes in Romance, and this book delivered both! After the downfall of the first installment, I didn't think I'd love Aiden and Riley's story but I did anyway. I love their dynamic and how perfectly fit they are for one another.

I started this around 10 PM and it’s now nearly 5 AM the next day because I simply could NOT put it down. Lenny was such a fun fmc, her and Jonas are definitely the perfect fit. I found her entertaining and she was so strong after everything she had gone through, I just wanted to give her a big hug. I'm especially looking forward to Souls and Sorrows because my favorite greek myth inspires it: Eros & Psyche.

Though I didn’t see the plot twist at first, but because I accidentally read a spoiler, saurrrrr it feels kinda meh + the epilogue was mediocre but other than that? I actually devoured. At least when you're on fire, you know you're alive." there were plot holes and unanswered questions but I was too busy being OBSESSED with Lenny and Jonas to care. Riley and Aiden fits each other pretty well in my opinion. They make each other feel seen, and confident in who they are.lettura intrigante. Kinda a let down after the second one. The plot kinda got lost. Lenny and Jonas have a mutual agreement to fake date (which turns into a fake engagement) but wasn’t really fully executed. Like one of the reasons they got together was for publicity, but I was expecting publicity stunts and more public outings. Yet, a lot of the drama centered on family.
