Who knew you could laugh with and kind of like someone who you know is about to bash in the brains of one or more of your favorite characters? After the outbreak, Negan meets a group led by a man named Dwight. Slowly, he takes control of this group and renames them the Saviors, ruling them with a firm hand. He also creates a deadly weapon by wrapping a baseball bat with barbed wire, naming it Lucille after his late wife.

Negan's community gathers followers and establishes outposts around Washington, D.C. He has key allies like Simon and various lieutenants, including Wade, Bud, Gavin, Arat, and Dwight. Negan's group extorts supplies from communities like the Hilltop and the Kingdom, using brutal violence to enforce their demands. He also had a conflicted relationship with a former ally known as the Croat, who became a brutal torturer and formed his own group. TV Negan currently possesses the largest kill count out of any character on The Walking Dead, with a total of at least 225 victims.
Arguably the most important ingredient for a custom “Lucille” bat, this faux barbed wire is a safer, less costly alternative to the real thing. Maggie makes a deal with Negan, allowing his companion Ginny to stay at Hilltop in exchange for his help. Negan has returned to some of his old ways, and he's being pursued by New Babylon Federation marshals for alleged murders. However, Negan claims the truth is different from what the marshals believe.The light coloring of Negan’s pants does seem like an odd choice to me, if you consider the sheer amount of blood and brain matter that he is known to spill regularly. Then again, it’s possible that I’m overthinking it. TV Negan is also the first main antagonist to kill more than one main character in one episode (Abraham Ford and Glenn Rhee).
