About this deal

Miele are an excellent manufacturer of vacuum cleaners, especially cylinder models. The best Miele vacuums are reliable, powerful and provide excellent value for money. While the company’s models are often at the mid-high range in terms of price, even the cheapest Miele vacuums provide strong suction power. We searched for all of the Vacuum cleaners that we could find at Currys. In total we found 135 different products available.

Enter the serial number for your appliance in the white box. The serial number can be found on the data plate. Please only enter the number after the slash. Note: The C2 Complete Powerline andC2 Cat & Dogare also excellent options that areslightly cheaper than the C3. We’ve written an in-depth Miele C2 vs C3 comparisonwhich you may find useful. Sofas & Sofa Beds Chairs & Footstools Tables Storage & Home Throws Rugs Dining Chairs Dining Table Sets Cooking & Dining Miele has an excellent reputation for its vacuum cleaners for pet hair – but the C1 PowerLine Junior isn’t one of them. The main floor head simply pushes pet hair around, rolling it into balls and actually tangling it into the carpet. Secondly, it comes with a range of features that we think are great for pet owners. For example, the Miele has an Active AirClean filter for removing odours when vacuuming. It also comes with Miele’s Turbo Brush for getting rid of pet hair, along with controls to adjust power settings depending on the type of floor. Other features include an automatic bag-shutting mechanism and one-touch rewind for the cable, which are also handy. Some people have found the vacuum cleaner to be a bit loud. This holds for higher power settings. This is completely understandable in my own opinion. At normal operation, the Miele Classic C1 produces 79dB which is equal to the noise generated by a dishwasher. You should know that lower-power settings are adequate to handle regular cleaning so noise shouldn’t be a problem most of the time This is a difficult question to answer. Both companies produce excellent cleaners in similar price ranges, so the comparison is a natural one. The “best” depends on your requirements and preferences though, so there isn’t a single answer. Miele invented the first domestic vacuum cleaner in 1927, always leading with trusted quality and innovation. We’ve already mentioned the C3 Cat and Dog, but we think the C3 Complete Comfort PowerLine version also deserves a place on our list of the best Miele vacuum cleaners. It’s a brilliant vacuum cleaner that’s arguably the best cylinder for the price – especially if you don’t have pets.

The lower power settings are ideal for use with the accessories on the likes of curtains and soft furnishings, although none of the tools are very large. Deep crevices won’t be bothered by this crevice tool. Miele Classic C1 Junior PowerLine – Hard Floor Cleaning As with any electrical items, it’s particularly important to study the quality of a product before you buy it. This is especially important for Vacuum cleaners. But when we’re buying online, what can be done to get an idea of a product’s quality? To summarise, if you’re looking for acheap Miele vacuum cleaner, the Classic C1 Junior is one of the best options. It’s lightweight and relatively inexpensive, yet still has strong suction power and an AirClean filter. Miele has many excellent vacuum cleaners, but this isn’t one of them. It may be cheap but it’s plagued by problems normally associated with vacuums from yesteryear. The Miele Classic C1 is a bagged cylinder vacuum cleaner produced by Miele, a German manufacturer with several awards from Which? magazine. I personally love German brands, and although they don’t win many design contests, they are reliable and perform very well, which is the reason why we bought it.Our 30cm test patch of combined Collie and Labrador hair, ground into the carpet pile for good measure – the hair, not the dogs themselves – caused a real issue for this cleaner. Following 20 seconds of trying, after which the area resembled a dog’s bed with numerous hairballs, we declared it a fail. Switch the floor head into hard floor mode and it scoots around on parquet and laminates, although we found the brush design tended to catch deeper tile gaps and grooves in floorboards. Miele vacuum cleaners are designed for long-lasting performance. So you might change your carpet before you change your Miele There’s more. The accessories are conveniently stored on the vacuum cleaner (on a Vario-clip). The Miele Classic C1 also has 6 power settings that make it easy to choose a cleaning mode that matches the task at hand. Hi HPT. Yes the C2 is another good option. We chose the C1 for this list because of the value it provides with the lower price, but you can’t go wrong with either. Reply
