Apply generously and evenly using a paint brush or sponge. On highly absorbent surfaces apply further coats at hourly intervals until the surface is fully saturated. After 1 hour remove any excess sealer with an absorbent towel. This trigger-spray sealer is best for applying to surfaces with residual humidity. It’s ideal for cementitious grouts, as it prevents water and stains from being absorbed into the surface of the grout. It’s more environmentally friendly than other grout sealers on the market; it’s made from a type of VOC-free, water-based technology that makes the product less taxing on the environment, without compromising on its effectiveness. Shake bottle before use. Apply LTP Mattstone H20 generously and evenly using a paint brush or sponge. On highly absorbent surfaces apply several coats wet-in-wet. After 15 minutes, remove any excess sealer with an absorbent cloth. Do not allow residues to dry on the surface. Whilst it’s ideal for any bathroom or kitchen, it’s perfectly suitable for use on any surface with tiles and grout – especially wet rooms and shower enclosures. Once applied, it seals grouted areas with long-lasting protection against water, dirt, oil, grease, and limescale, and makes these surfaces easier to keep clean. Key Features

Leave surfaces to dry.LTP Mattstone Sealer is a matt finish impregnating sealer that will delicately enhance the natural beauty of your tiles. Once a good seal is achieved leave the sealer to cure for a minimum of 12 hours to cure, before applying the Ironwax Satin/Gloss. Ensure surface to be treated is completely clean, dry and free from dirt, grime, cement and grout. If necessary, first wash surfaces with a dilute solution of LTP Grimex, at 1:10. Rinse well to remove residues and leave to dry (24hrs).
