Seal new or bare surfaces with a thinned coat of “Kingfisher Classic Emulsion” (1 part water to 5 parts paint). Any surface defects should be filled before painting with a premium plaster filler e.g. Everbuild TM. All Purpose Filler. Seal any areas that remain powdery with Kingfisher Floor & Wall Seal.This particular additive comes in a 100ml bottle which is enough to mix with around 5L of paint.
