Build quality is cheap (not surprising, but troubling nonetheless)--see the photo where my right earbud fell apart, while on a call. On that note, there is not great way to tell what the battery level is at. The earbuds won’t tell you but the case does have an indicator but it’s for the case not the buds. I can't use my JBL free II headphones connecting to the windows 10 computer, it's just impossible to use them because they keep failing all the time, they don't stay connected for 10 seconds straight without fail, and it fails for at least 3 s, it just stays muted and the audio rolling. Can't watch movies/videos. Is there any way to solve it?

They are very large and the weight sits high, causing them to tip slightly outwards. For me, this means they fall out of my ears.
