The aesthetics will follow” Content is designed to ensure you can work with the public towards both health and sporting goals safely and effectively I enjoyed reading this book. It’s a mixture of practical advice about workouts and a philosophy for improving (physical) performance. These sections are nicely written in an easy to understand voice.
