Influenced by the depth of flavour found in the famous Barnsley chop, our South Yorkshire gin blends the earthiness of mountain ash with the sweetness of liquorice and cassia bark. An added hint of mint and rosemary combine to create a beautifully fresh, crisp, ‘herby’ gin. With Hooting Owl Distillery’s unique small batch gin as the base, the sweetness of ripe mango and sharper notes of passionfruit blend perfectly to create this juicy, fruit flavoured gin.

A full strength (42% abv) distilled gin made using only natural, real fruit flavours and colourings.Traditional English Gins hand crafted in small batches using some of the finest British botanicals to give our gin a unique flavour profile therefore creating a distinctive and robust gin for the perfect serve. Pour half of the cure into a large plastic container big enough to hold the fish and cure, lay the salmon on top and pour on the remaining cure. Cover and chill. A fun, fruit pink gin bursting with flavour.When Dom & Sarah acquired the old Yorkshire manor house at Barmby Moor in 2017, they embarked on an extensive restoration of the historic property. It was as the couple were refurbishing the old scullery that they stumbled across an intriguing, concealed floor safe which had belonged to a former resident of Barmby Moor House, Sir Owlfred Tyton Hodgins. Our small batch distilled gin contains 14 botanicals, Juniper Led, with hints of citrus from Red Grapefruit and Bitter orange, exotic spice from cubebs and grains of paradise interwoven with Borage and Lavender from the English countryside.
