G?Vine Gin Nouaison is recognisable by the charcoal-tinted bottle. According to the producers, this colour is representative of the moment at which the grapes begin to grow. That?s also the reason for the name Nouaison, which means something like ?the birth of the grape?. This G?Vine Gin is marked by a soft floral aroma, in which notes of juniper and more fruity colourations are also to be recognised. Francouzský termín „nouaison“ označuje fázi po opylování květů, kdy začínají růst první mladé vinné plody. První lahev G’Vine ginu přišla na svět v roce 2006 a jednalo se tehdy o první gin na světě vytvořený z vinných hroznů. Ty mu dodávají šťavnatost a ovocnost. Otec G’Vine ginu Jean-Sebastien Robicquet patří do rodu, který se produkci destilátů věnoval už v 16. století.
