Hi, I'm Tahlia. Thank you for joining me today to learn about alliteration. Today's learning intention is to learn, to hear alliteration and use it to make our writing more interesting for today's lesson. You need some pencils and some paper. So what is alliteration? Alliteration is when you can hear the same sound at the start of words, close together, like in a sentence. The first sound in my name is Tahlia. What's the first sound in your name? Can you think of an animal that starts with that same sound? I could be to Tahlia the tiger or I could be Tahlia the turtle. What about you? On first light I immediatly noticed a whisp of Latakia, but in a very pleasant way! Some smoky, spicy undertone that seasons the rather natural taste of this blend. Sweet Virginias, with honey, some fruit-notes and minor earthy qualities. The Perique is only a tad more present than the Latakia and in interplay with it, it creates a smoky, peppery and delicious spice, that is rather mellow, but pleasant! It may also contribute to the fruity feeling. Whilst I noticed a fruity flavoring in the tin aroma, there's none to be found in the taste! Either it's so light handed applied, that it's just for the room-note, or blended so skillfully, that it really only underscores the natural fruit qualities of Virginia and Perique.

It should have been obvious but I never expected that anise and perique would be a match made in heaven. This is simply an exceptional pairing. Let it also be known that a pipe of this tobacco leaves a wonderful aftertaste, and the scent of anise lingers in the roomnote.
