About this deal

One-tap Google Fast Pair and multipoint technology (pair to two devices simultaneously) didn’t make the cut. Edifier W240TN review: Verdict The charging case is just as attractive. It is rectangular with rounded edges and has a pulsating LED that gives off 1980s TV show Knight Rider vibes. It feels nice in the hand and sturdy enough to survive tumbles to the concrete. Strong magnets keep the buds latched onto their charging slots and the lid shut tight. If the product has a performance failure during the effective warranty period, you may apply for product warranty service. There are a few issues with the control scheme. First, only the double, triple, and long-hold touch are customized. You can’t assign functions individually to each bud, so if you set the double-press for volume down, this will apply to both buds. It’s odd that Edifier doesn’t let you assign the single-press controls. In fact, the companion app makes zero mention of it; you’ll learn through trial and error that it’s for play/pause.

With the W240TN you actually get an interesting interior design for a true wireless, with dual dynamic drivers 10mm and 6mms. A Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset is also part of its inside build. For its interactive aspects, Edifier has gone with a more simplified physical button on both earpieces. This method works effectively without any major delays. ANC is average for the price, ineffective with high-frequency noise, but okay with low-frequency noise. Like most newer Bluetooth products, Edifier has a companion app with many features, like dynamic sound mode, custom EQ, and game mode. Bluetooth The buds and the charging case are built using premium plastic material and provide that durable feel they don’t feel like they will break after a few uses. The buds do not protrude too much out of your ears and are lightweight at only 5.6g meaning after a long period of time you will forget they are even in your ears. You cannot assign individual functions to individual earbuds, thereby limiting the onboard controls. While they come in at the same price, the Jabra Elite 3's 6mm driver is only as large as the smaller driver in the Edifier W240TNs coaxial driver arrangement. Both have 2 mics per bud, mono mode, ANC and transparency modes. The Elite 3s have less battery life in the buds, but the extra juice the case has gives them 3 more hours of life overall. Neither case has wireless charging, both have an IP55 rating, but the Elite 3s come with Google Fast Pair. The real trade-off seems to be the better software behind the Elite 3s, and the better coaxial drivers of the W240TNs. Q: How does the Edifier W240TN compare to the Creative Outlier Pro?Even after twisting and turning the buds and trying to find the magical position that would be the most ergonomic for my ears, I was unsuccessful. You may look sleek with the Edifier W240TN buds on, but that style comes at a cost. You'll definitely need to take breaks every one to two hours while wearing these wireless earbuds. You can mute your voice under the call-mode or select a sound control mode you are used to via the Edifier Connect App. THÔNG SỐ KỸ THUẬT

The Edifier W240TN doesn't just combine the best aspects of the energetic low-budget Edifier X3s , the warm Edifier TWS2 NB and the treble-intensive Edifier TWS1 Pro ; it sounds better then all of them. The product image is for illustration purposes only. The actual product may vary in size, color, and layout. No claim will be accepted for an image mismatch.

If you’re streaming music from relatively low-resolution services like Spotify or Sirius XM, you’re not going to any decline in audio performance due to these earbuds using the SBC codec instead of AAC, aptX, or LDAC. If you’re really committed to squeezing the most value out of your Qobuz or Tidal subscription, on the other hand, you need to consider shopping in a different aisle. These earbuds aren’t aimed at you.

You can go to Edifier Connect App to activate game mode for low-latency gaming experience. IP55 Rating – Excellent for Outdoors Under IP55 rate, dust and water won’t stop the W240TN, you can enjoy outdoor activities and gym sessions. Edifier employs hybrid ANC to eliminate vast amounts of ambient noise. How well does the technology perform? Much better than the price suggests. The Edifier W240TN are a fine-looking and sounding pair of wireless earbuds designed to compete with some of the category’s top performers. Detailed sonics combined with strong noise cancellation, connectivity, and craftsmanship make them well worth their asking price. Certain areas could be improved such as call quality, digital assistance, and wind resistance. Then again, compromises are expected for wireless earbuds this affordable, and the overall performance makes up for any shortcomings. Edifier kept a lot of important factors in mind with the W240TN TWS earbuds. They are suitable for gym use where your hands tend to get sweaty and interfere with touch controls. I also recommend these earbuds for rainy regions where constant downpours plague the residents.
