Researching the science behind food, Helenor and her husband Mike were inspired to ensure each recipe includes at least 25% of your recommended fibre intake, is low in sugar and contains no preservatives or additives. All of their products are gluten free and suitable for vegans.
One of the easiest ways of getting fibre into your diet. 7g fibre per tablespoon, essential food for your gut bacteria. I bought this granola because of its incredibly low sugar content and its amazingly high fibre content. But a foodstuff should be nice to eat, I think, or at least tolerable. The granola had almost no taste or flavour at all, apart from a very faint aftertaste of TCP! I couldn't detect any cinnamon or any nuts. It was one of the strangest experiences, but I won't be repeating it, no matter what the health benefits. Prepare and Pour: Fill a highball glass with ice, pour in 125ml of your Troo Mojito, top with soda water, then stir for a few seconds. We generally recommend a ¾ mojito to ¼ soda ratio.
