This is where it all started a mixed box of White, Milk and Dark Chocolate. As a chocoholic l needed something to replace my cravings and replace the chocolate, cake and sweets. I have found nothing else like these they are amazing they are almost better than the old habits. I have been loosing a steady 2lb a week due to these smart bars. I am totally amazed l never thought l could give up the Sugar? Both Myself and Husband are enjoying these and surprised by how full filling they are. Yes we recommend definitely. You will not be disappointed. Well, we liked some and didn’t like others. To fit 20g of Protein in a bar it will always have to be quite big, quite chalky, and not that easy to eat. However they have done a good job of keeping the sugar low, and the taste decent. There is a hint of Vanilla and tastes like a vanilla protein shake, so if you like that, it might be worth trying Also suitable for vegetarians, this bar is ideal for maintaining protein levels for those with a busy lifestyle. This tastes just like one of our other favourite ‘healthy’ treats, the Fibre One Chocolate Brownie, which we absolutely love! I would recommend these to anyone, ok price is a bit heavy but I enjoy them and find them easy to collaborate with insulin, with my blood glucose levels, glad I’ve found just wish I could get sponsored by them so I could get them for free 🤣😂🤣
