About this deal

I am finding that it is not having the same …effect… (strength) as when I smoke from a pipe. Do you find this? Have others said this? If this is the case, it seems like not as many people would adopt a vape, so I feel like this can’t be true! ok thanks bro, but i kNow this might be dumb but How do i know when the bud is done? meaning when not to smoke it any more and when to dump it and reload?? can you please show me a pic or video of a cashed out oven or burnt up [herb] that is done and fried? thanks alot man , i only watch your videos, they always answer my questions, like your very helpful man

In addition to displaying the battery charge, the petals also indicate the PAX 2’s current temperature status and setting. Press the button on top of the mouthpiece to turn it on. The lights will turn purple and flow upwards as the PAX 2 heats up, and turn green when it reaches your target temperature. To change the temperature, hold down the button for one second, press it to cycle through the different heat options, and shake to finalize your selection. The PAX 2 has four temperature setting to choose from: To quote their CMO “We redesigned the PAX 2 to have both the lip-sensing, and a new heating algorithm that adjusts temperature dynamically based on how you use it. We also focused the temp algorithm on the materials themselves, rather than the oven temp, to make sure the draw was consistent from first to last.” This is when things get a bit interesting. You can’t change the maximum Ramp temperature that’s in Efficiency Mode. But there are two ways to change the actual starting temperature. One is to change the starting Ramp temperature inside the app. Use this method if you want to set your initially preferred starting Ramp temperature. I ended up purchasing a PAX 2 now, will i be even more impressed with the pax 2 when i get it? all in all i didn’t hate the g pro, just hated how it fell apart so easy. The vapor it produces is smooth and comfortable, and definitely a little better than the original. There are 4 temperature settings with this one – levels 2 and 3 seem to provide the best experience in my opinion and at these temps the vapor never really gets harsh unless you draw longer than about 8 seconds.Last step: a little visit at NewVape for some… hardcore stuff: pusher, vented lid 2, oven screen, reclaim rod. Full update… right? BONUS the old Pax charger will unplug from the base and plug into the new magnetic USB charging on the Pax 2. So you can charge the Pax 2 directly from the wall with your old Pax charger which is pretty cool. Pax 2 Accessories

Did anyone else notice similar issues with their Pax 2 as far as the odor/smell? Any suggestions on how to mitigate it? Cycle through all the Dynamic Modes until you can select Efficiency Mode. Your PAX 3 is going to flash as a way of confirming you changed to this particular mode. Great review as always. I have based most of my vaporizer decisions on your input and my man at Vape World concurs. Could you please tell me what you meant at the end of the vid by “Cutting it too close”

I really can’t stress this point enough – I can almost guarantee that grinding finer will get you better results if you’re not doing it already, especially with a vape like the PAX. I’ve tried each temp. setting and have made sure my bud is ground pretty well but I can’t see to get any kind of decent vapor. In my opinion, the only thing I would improve on the PAX-1 would be *the way the oven roasts the herb only on one side*— and you have to open it, stir it before it roasts the rest that’s close to the battery. But from watching this video it doesn’t look like they fixed that problem! I’ve had this unit, Pax, for about a year. Oddly, I try to start the unit and when the mouthpiece is engaged in it’s outer position(Start position) it blinks orange until I put slight pressure on the mouthpiece to get the unit to start working correctly- mind you I need to keep applied pressure on the mouthpiece for it to work. Furthermore, I do clean the instrument often and have taken care of this on a regular basis. Alex is a cannabis enthusiast, long time vaporizer lover, writer and filmmaker. In this mode, the petals act as if they’re a window facing a large globe of colour inside, and the effect is pretty cool. If you move your unit, the globe will spin around. Green Mode I can’t tell whether it’s the lip sensing technology zapping me with a little bit of electricity or the hot case burning my lip… but something is definitely irritating my inner lip. This is the PAX 2 on the far left and both shiny vapes on the right are the PAX 3, and everything I’m about to show you applies to both models. Haha! I had the same “problem” the first time I used it. Then I was using it with a friend and he said “Don’t you just turn it off the same way you turn it on?” Lo and behold, yes, you just press down once on the mouthpiece to turn it on and again to turn it off. I felt so silly! question : i want to stop smoking cigaretes and replace them with vape / herbs … in my free time and also in work , but im finding it hard to decide which vape to buy …. im now between the PAX 2 / Alfa Goboof / Summit Vapium … the last 2 are only good regarding the price …but PAX 2 sems to be overall the best even after considering the price … can you give me a hint mate ?

Hey Chris, I’m not sure what that person was talking about but as far as I know there is absolutely nothing wrong with using very finely ground up material in this vape. In fact, that is how you get the performance from it. To answer your question, all 3 of those vapes produce excellent quality vapor, they’re the best of the best. Just think about balloon vaping versus how you vape with the Mighty, it’s a slightly different experience.

One thing to keep in mind is that every Pax 2 ships with a different set of Easter eggs, and there’s no real way to tell which version you have until you turn on your unit. However, if you are looking for a device with a big draw and like to “rip” your dry herb, then I would look at something like the Crafty or the Arizer Air. I quite like sipping and a tightish draw, so the PAX 2 was right up my street. I’d say the taste is good overall, it’s above average for sure and flavor is improved over the original. It’s better in the beginning of your session but the vapor is always pretty pure, and for its small size the vapor quality is actually pretty impressive. When the little piece of metal arrived, I loaded up my Pax 2 for a test drive. Wow, what an improvement: big clouds with good initial flavor and long sessions. The combination of grinding the material to a fine powder and using the pusher and replacement screen–to create a tight seal with good ventilation– significantly improved the Pax 2 performance. The Pax comes with an extra raised mouthpiece that is sort of similar to the original Pax. I’m not a big fan of it because it seems to get a little warm on the lips. Plus I really like the new flush design. No mouthpiece lube in this kit because you don’t need it! Once the lights turn green, you can start taking some puffs on the PAX 2. If you’re using the flat mouthpiece, place your lips around the edge of the vape, over the hole in the mouthpiece. Start with some short, light draws, like sipping on a cup of hot tea. Watch your PAX 3 flash again for confirmation. It will now use this newly selected temperature to Ramp up from.
