Funko has revealed the first few POP! from the upcoming Obi-Wan Kenobi Disney+ series. Much like the past Disney+ Star Wars & Marvel shows, new product will be revealed a few days after every episode, and in Obi-Wan’s case, it will be every “Obi-Wan Wednesday.” In the Obi-Wan Kenobi series, she helps Obi-Wan Kenobi return the young Princess Leia Organa to Alderaan. Obi-Wan trained the young Padawan Anakin Skywalker. Anakin became a great Jedi but was led down the dark side by Palpatine who used Anakin’s emotions against him. Anakin turns to the Darkside with destiny bringing Obi-Wan and Anakin together in a battle of good versus evil. A badly injured and dying Anakin is discovered by Palpatine resulting in the rise of Darth Vader. Tala Durith was an Imperial officer stationed on Mapuzo. She joined the Empire to try and make a difference but eventually saw the Empire for its tyranny. She became a member of a secret underground movement helping smuggle the surviving Jedi to safety. Taking place around 10 years after Revenge of the Sith (2005), Obi-Wan Kenobi is a spinoff dedicated to the Jedi master. Ewan McGregor reprises his role as Kenobi and headlines Funko Pop Star Wars Obi-Wan Kenobi. Kawlan Roken was part of the underground network known as The Path.
