If you go into My Computer (Windows) or Finder (Mac) you will be able to see the Dash Cam listed as a drive, usually called NEXTBASE. Finally had enough and bought a new one, be careful of buying a nextbase seen so many problems with this sort of software problem. I read/write to my Mac Pro’ SDD millions of times weekly and it seems to function fine. Why does a basic dashcam not cope with writing/reading…? No different to a DSLR or video camera!? If you cannot format the card via the app, you could remove the card and open it on your computer in a card reader, and simply delete the files. This is not as good as formatting but will free up the space.

The first thing I thought of was, no pendulum vibration like the current mountings and as advertised, more discrete. I'd recommend re-setting the 380GW to default settings, then re-connecting to the app from scratch.

You'll see 'Sounds' half way down the screen. Use the button on the right of 'Sounds' to disable the sounds from the camera. Green is on, grey is off.
