This product is very good value for money- great tasting, and seems to be working. The shakes are filling me up! I just make them with water, and sometimes are a bit lumpy and don't mix too well (I only use one scoop with a full shaker of water) which is the only downside. We recommend that you add 2 large scoops (60g) to water or milk for an all-important protein boost. Before anyone thinks / says i was using this as a meal replacement ie 2x shakes & 1x meal a day like many other companies this was not the case. i was eating 2k cals to begin with and have increased to 3k by splitting 4 small meals & 2 of these shakes per day. BROWN SUGAR FLAVOUR: READY-TO-MIX WHEY PROTEIN AND OAT FLOUR BLEND, WITH ADDED FLAXSEED, L-GLUTAMINE, CHOLINE BITARTRATE, INULIN, GREEN TEA EXTRACT & ENZYMES. BROWN SUGAR FLAVOUR WITH SWEETENER.This Protein tastes good and has no problem mixing. The problem is that it is marketed as "diet" protein for weight loss when in fact it actually contains more calories per scoop than the regular Whey protein and that's without taken 2 coops as recommended.
