Absolutely love this toner! I always use it after cleansing my face and it absorbs really well while making my skin feel nice and plump. Would definitely recommend for combination skin. Also contains fermented rice extract, the Neogen is great if you want a lightweight brightening toner/essence, but it won’t offer much in the hydration department.Mentioned this in the ingredients analysis earlier and it’s also clearly labeled on the bottle that it has a shelf life of 6 months after opening.
