But even though the board is long, it didn’t take much time for me to inflate it with the Goosehill electric pump that it comes with. I’ve done this before with my ‘hard’ SUP boards, but they can’t carry much, it’s an exposed mooring and it only works on a flat calm day. Plus if a hard board touches a hard boat, there’s the risk of damage. Now let’s talk about the design of the board. And like I’ve previously mentioned, this one has a grab handle in the middle for easy transport in and out of the water. Oh and let’s not forget about the high quality air valve you can find just below the board’s footpad. If you think about it, even though this paddle board is made for touring, it’s still a great multi-purpose board. It can be used by anyone since it’s stable, fast, spacious, comfortable, and durable. Not to mention the nice and sleek design that’s pleasing to the eye. You can pretty much do anything with this good-looking board, except for SUP kayak.

Because this board has a pointed nose, it gives a nice speed in the water when you’re paddling. In my experience, it felt very easy to paddle fast without putting in much of an effort, unlike with other paddle boards with a rounded nose. With the Goosehill 12 ‘6, you don’t have to worry about the speed since it has a pointed nose that makes the board quite fast. The Bestway Hydro Force Fast Blast SUP gets along nicely enough for what it is and will do the intended job for me as a two person fun craft and for occasional yacht tender duties, but don’t get it if you’re a lightweight and definitely budget for a half decent paddle. Andark Lake offers an enclosed safe open water space to PRACTISE BALANCING & CLIMBING ON YOUR BOARD without the strength of a tide or current. The sea is very unpredictable and much stronger then we realise at time, it’s always advised to build your strength & confidence up on your board before you explore the rivers and coastline. When I say it’s a multi-purpose paddle board, I’m talking about activities like SUP Yoga, SUp pilates, relaxing, exploring, and even racing because of the board’s pointed nose. This board is also ideal for people with kids or dogs since it provides more space than the standard 30” width of normal paddle boards in the market. The paddle board is portable and inflatable which means you can take it anywhere. Go island hopping and bring it with you on the beach, in a local river, and wherever else you can think of. My friends and family had lots of fun with it as well.The electric pump is noisy. It can inflate up to 22 psi, so that’s a lot, and I was impressed. It needs to be connected to a car to work, unlike the Whale.
