Dosage: Adults (including elderly) and children aged 16 years and over: Cold & Flu: One sachet to be taken every four hours, if necessary, up to a maximum of six sachets in any 24 hours. Flu Plus: One sachet to be taken every four-six hours, as necessary, up to a maximum of four sachets in any 24 hours. Do not take continuously for more than 7 days without medical advice.

If you take Beechams all in one in the hour before or the six hours after taking colestyramine, the paracetamol is likely to be less effective. This is because colestyramine reduces the absorption of paracetamol from the gut.Beechams all in one liquid contains alcohol equivalent to approximately 76ml beer or 31.6ml wine per 20ml dose. This may be harmful for people suffering from alcoholism or epilepsy. Patients with rare hereditary problems of galactose intolerance, the Lapp lactose deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this medicine. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Do NOT take more medicine than the label tells you to. If you do not get better, talk to your Doctor. Do NOT take with any other flu, cold, decongestant products or cough suppressants and do not drink alcohol. Contains paracetamol.
