About this deal

I have read a couple articles, including the comments, and I am fascinated by the subject, and your input. Maybe, I should have tried what Dap1948 is promoting, but I had never heard of it till posting. And, I now have more than 490 caps of TTFD. I wonder if it is as good of insect repellant.

The molecular structure of these three thiamine derivatives allows them to pass through intestinal and cellular membranes without the requirement for a transport system. Once inside the cell, they deliver thiamine which can be activated and used as a cofactor in important biochemical processes. Update Day 5… other things are stressful in my life (It’s not just that my PD was getting worst, which was very depressing). This advice about thiamine supplementation has given me hope that perhaps I may find some level of improvement to my failing health. I was always a fit, slim and healthy person before Lupron and its effects have been utterly devastating, mentally and physically. I literally feel that nobody, even my family and friends believe what I have gone through. It has been a very lonely experience. Pyridoxine hydrochloride, the synthetic form of what most supplement makers (putatively) call “vitamin B6,” would be an exception, wouldn’t it? I have been trying to build up my Mg for a year. I take B6 with it. I am getting the multivitamin, and I get around 200mg B1 salts?a day. I have taken Benfotiamine from time to time but I tend to return to commonly available B1.Neither physician is sure. In the case of my friend, he went from a strong suspicion to feeling it’s just a possibility after thinking it through. He didn’t examine me, it was a phone conversation. He now feels that it may just be b1 deficiency considering the alcohol use was roughly less than a year and I had stopped for 3 months before and was asymptomatic those 3 months , and just presented symptoms after 2 weeks of returning to moderate consumption.

Marked anasarca with impaired consciousness, which was thought to be caused by shoshin beriberi due to impaired vitamin B1 utilization. – TTFD 40mg +400mg HCL, followed by 2 months+ TTFD 100mg (2015) We are beginning with 50 mg and stepping up to 100 mg, which from your books, seems to be the recommended long-term dosage. What would be some indications that more was needed by any given child, or should the 100 mg of allithiamine eventually resolve the deficiency? Should we just sort of play with the dosage and see?He did reply, but it was posted to the wrong thread. Again, there has been quite a bit of volume. If you scroll down, you will see it. Here is what he said: I do not currently take any prescription medications although the MD’s want me to take Toprol XL and Lexapro and Progesterone cream to manage the symptoms of dysautonomia and perimenopause. I do take a large quantity of supplements. Perhaps one of the below affects thiamine absorption? Thiamega provides a high dosage of vitamin B1 in four different forms, each possessing unique properties. But the b12 was the only thing that made me feel any better, even though the constant state of apathy I lived in. I had no energy and no strength whatsoever.

For me (everybody may require a different dose) and please consult your doctor and do your research. 🥵 Rigidity: (90% improvement) My shoulders no longer feel like I have been holding 50lb weights for an hour. I began to pay more attention to my nutrition and supplements which included the water soluable vitamins, but I was not consistent with either.

Is it safe to be taking as much as I am, given the blood levels? I know they aren’t well correlated, but I don’t know what to say to my doctor at this point other than “it seems to be working?” What I really wonder is, what your current regimen is regarding supplements/vitamins, but it is up to you, if you wish to answer this or not. Day 10 and 2 days of no TTFD, 5/25 4:00am: I did not take a dose of TTFD yesterday with my morning meds (last dose more than 47 hours ago). I won’t be taking today either. I do plan on taking a 50mg dose Saturday morning for energy to enjoy dancing that night. I am going to drink 2 cups decaf and might lie down again.

As our son grew we worked to reduce the sugar in his diet, but were not sugar free. From 2012 to 2014 he was on this regimen of sugary drinks and foods, recommended by a scientist and the dysautonomia symptoms ramped up from that, I think. High dose thiamine alleviates biomarkers related to oxidative stress and inflammation in lead toxicity in animal research If it is W.E. is it still possible to reverse or mitigate/halt the memory/cognitive deterioration using the protocol two weeks after the symptoms started? (which is about now) I’ve been having problems waking up with a dry mouth for years, and recently air hunger, I thought was due to apena, however ENT could not diagnose me with sleep apnea after reading sleep study. He could not figure out way I was suffocating at night as he never had a skinny patient before. I found your article about pusedo-hypoxia after I talked to the ENT.

children with Down’s Syndrome, 12 of which were administered TTFD for 12 months and 12 of which were administered TTFD for 6 months. No serious adverse events noted. I am hopeful the thiamine TFFD supplement will resolve the unnerving symptoms I have had for over 2 months post flu infection. Until this time period I have always been active and fit with loads of energy. I cannot fathom the thought of walking this path for years as have many of those in the comments section have. Thiamine and benfotiamine both counteract ultrasound-induced aggression, normalize AMPA receptor expression and plasticity markers, and reduce oxidative stress in mice I’m wondering what to take as it seems that Lipothiamine is off the market and my understanding is that Allithiamine, since its not enterically coated wouldn’t do the job and some are saying to take it topically. (Im not even certain how one does that or the amounts needed topically ) Thiamine {tetrahydrofurfury disulfide (TTFD/ allithiamine), on the other-hand has been shown to increase B1 in brain cells and I felt the difference in one 50mg dose. The TFD component which is shed when entering your cells does require methylation, but I take way more than 50mg of methyl donors. So, I ask: How is the HCL component you take disposed of? I am not a doctor: It’s probably just a little additional stomach acid.
