What made you choose to buy these products from SSP? I choose the product as i thought it would be good quality which it was. Had to modify one product to go over a wire. But not sure how you could design that in. Thermostat radiator covers work well on new thermostat but not old ones . Maybe good to increase size range in future. Other brands, including Tado, Netatmo, Eve and Energenie did not provide us with specific information on update support periods.
