In Rainbow Roadtrip, the Cakes appear in the distance of the beginning shot of Ponyville, with Mrs. Cake standing with her foals and Mr. Cake walking towards them. Mrs. Evadne Cake is a psychic medium. Her size is small, but her hat and purse are extra-large. When Mrs. Cake sits with her hat on and cuddling her purse, she looks as if only her face is not covered with these accessories. In The Ending of the End - Part 1, Mrs. Cake briefly appears being snubbed by a unicorn baker (who had been fooled by Queen Chrysalis's lies about earth ponies hoarding crops) outside Canterlot. Later, Pinkie mentions that the baker threw dessert at Mrs. Cake in the castle kitchen. In The Ending of the End - Part 2, both Mr. and Mrs. Cake appear taking shelter with their babies and other Earth ponies as Ponyville closes itself off from the other pony races. In Party Pooped, Mrs. Cake serves traditional Yakyakistan cake to Prince Rutherford, but she inadvertently incurs his wrath by putting in too much vanilla extract.From Princess Twilight Sparkle - Part 1 to School Daze - Part 2, they were added to the intro near the end group shot.
