We always advise working one area at a time. Mist two or three sprays onto a clean, dry microfiber towel or spray directly onto interior trim panels. Where necessary, allow the product to dwell for a few moments. Then wipe over with your microfiber towel to clean. Flip the towel to a dry side, or use a fresh towel, then buff until dry. This product is a cleaning solution that will remove dust, dirt, and grime on vinyl, rubber, metal, plastic, leather, and clear surfaces, especially on neglected car interiors with layers of caked in dirt on the dashboard and center console. This cleaner has a clear and watery consistency with pleasant and clean smell. I would normally wipe the interior with a damp microfiber cloth before applying protectant, but the focus of this test will be to judge the effectiveness when it comes to removing dirt on the interior surfaces of my ride.
Meguiar’s claims the Quik cleaner has an “ improved deeper cleaning formula” that can remove even tough dirt and stains…. I don’t know exactly what that means, but it sure cleans good! Fun and easy to use, the cleaning wipes make interior detailing feel like less of a chore. The leather wipes did leave some very slight evidence of streaks in our test vehicle. Next, I tested the product in my leather seats and door sidings. I sprayed directly on the seats and gently wiped off the excess with a separate microfiber cloth. The trigger sprays are good quality, offering ‘spray’ and ‘off’ settings. The triggers have a good draw and consistent spray output.
