NOTE: In an ideal world the config's i provided works for you out of the box, as i have done the above steps and been testing the printer for quite some time.
Test
Once you locate the .bin file for your board copy this to your SD card. This SD card MUST be formatted with FAT or FAT32 file system and most boards prefer a 4096 allocation byte size. Smaller cards (16GB or less) are better to use than larger ones for the best compatibility. If you have multiple .bin files listed, choose the one with the latest time & date on it.
The two biggest issues (and sources of frustration) I encountered, were (1) print adhesion and (2) bed leveling/distance of the print head to the bed. I made use of mainsailos for my raspberry pi zero 2W, that already has all dependencies required to build the firmware as well
Our firmware does NOT use Marlin Auto Build. Do not use Marlin Auto Build with our firmware. Use the directions below instead. Multiple CPU Support (If Applicable) # When slowed down just a little, to a still impressive 150 millimeters per second, most of those surface artifacts go away. This dragon was scaled to the tallest that this printer can handle, and printed in 15 hours. It was also my only failed print, which I’ll discuss more about later on. Ignoring the failure seam near the top of the print, the quality of the print is outstanding for a speed twice as fast as I run my other printers. If you aren’t versed in 3D CAD and building your own files, you’ll want to head on over to Thingiverse or one of the many other places to browse and acquire files for something you want to print.
