In short: A really good perfume with a really good H/S and a fierce price / performance. Properly overdosed, this fragrance can be very penetrating.

Main difference is SE has more of a deodorant/aftershave/fresher vibe, Asad has a spicier, warmer twist (maybe it’s the clove?).
