Similar to all Giles mixes, the album is really staying true to the original but adding some flair to it by modernizing the sound (making it fit the current equipment), and erasing the flaws from the original (compression mostly, which boosted the bottom end in some songs). I think this pressing is slightly better than the later UK pressing due to its extreme clarity, but falls short to the original UK pressing.
