Rainbow Friends is a Roblox horror experience in which you play as an unnamed child who has been kidnapped during a school trip to an amusement park called Odd World. From the moment of your capture, you must survive five nights in the strange location that’s entirely empty of life except for you and the Rainbow Friends (if you can call them life). Orange has exactly seven seconds of screen time in Chapter Two. (Excluding the cardboard cutouts). This makes him the Rainbow friend with the least amount of total screen time, only having two nights in Chapter One and seven seconds in Chapter 2. There is no official Pink Rainbow Friend in the game yet, but it is a highly requested character by fans. There are many fan theories about what a Pink Rainbow Friend would look like and its abilities. Some fans believe that a Pink Rainbow Friend would be a friendly creature that could help the player. Others believe it would be a dangerous creature trying to kill the player. Another popular fan theory is that a Pink Rainbow Friend could control minds. This would allow it to force the player to do its bidding. Super speed - Orange is shown to have incredible speed, being able to easily outspeed players with it.

Players can tell in advance when Orange is nearby by listening to his audio cues, most notable of which being the loud stepping noises he makes when running. When you go through Blue the first 2 seconds he sees you, they will not kill you yet. This applies for Yellow and Cyan too, But Orange will kill you immediately once you unbox under them. You don’t have to worry about Red, at least not in the current version of Rainbow Friends, as they’re harmless. You won’t see much of Red, at least not until much later in the game, but of all the Rainbow Friends characters, they’re probably the one you most want to bump into.To avoid Yellow, a few strategies are proposed. In the event of being caught by Yellow, an attempt to land on the inflatable castle should be made. Hiding inside a box can make you invisible to Yellow. However, if an exclamation mark “!” appears over your head, Yellow can still grab you. Red Rainbow Friend Orange grabs the player in his mouth and violently shake them while repeatedly biting them, tearing them to shreds. The Blue Rainbow Friend is the most common and well-known of all the characters in the game. It has a Cookie Monster like vibe, but wears a yellow crown on its head and has a button for an eye. He is also drooling, so make sure to avoid getting any on you! Blue has 35 audio files associated with him. This includes vocalization, footsteps, and chase ambiance.

Orange and Cyan are the only Rainbow Friends that communicate with dinosaur sounds. Yellow makes pterosaur sounds, Green uses party themed sounds, Blue making deep laughing like sounds, and the sounds that Purple makes to communicate with are unknown.They can make it appear as if some of the characters are wrapping their limbs around others or positioned as if they’re hiding behind each other. When the door opens, it will reveal the creepy cutout for a good laugh. 6. Make a Rainbow Sun Catcher There appears to be scrapped animatronic versions of Green, Blue and Orange in one of the rooms during Cyan's chase sequence at the end of Chapter 2. A photo in Chapter 1’s map shows that Blue was friends with an unknown human before he went hostile (it is currently unknown what his friend's name is or where they are, as they are only referred to as “Blue’s first friend”). At the end of Chapter 2, he is seen to be sleeping on his throne which is placed in "Blue's Castle"; while The Scientist is wondering where he is. Yellow is a small, yellow Rainbow Friend with a cheerful appearance. However, he is just as dangerous as the other Rainbow Friends. He is known for his speed and his ability to climb walls. Red is a red Rainbow Friend who is different from the others. He is not hostile towards the players but provides them with tips and guidance. He is also the only Rainbow Friend with no physical body. When shaken, the “accordion” will spring out unexpectedly as if it’s the character’s tongue! 2. A Simple Funny Craft Orange is currently the smallest known Rainbow Friend. However, Purple's true size is unknown as their full body is never seen. Slower Speed - Blue is slower than the player. He does speed up significantly in Chapter 2, however, he is still able to be outran.When the youngster has finished coloring a Rainbow Friends character, it should be cut out with an extra slit cut over the mouth. Orange has a friendly appearance. However, he is just as dangerous as the other Rainbow Friends. He is known for his strength and his ability to throw heavy objects. Purple is a purple Rainbow Friend with a long, stretchy tongue. He is known for reaching through vents and other small openings. He is also the only Rainbow Friend that can talk.

The Red Rainbow Friend is currently the narrator and mysterious character that talks to you throughout your experience in Chapter 1 of the game. It is unclear what their motives are currently, but it is thought that Red is a scientist of some sort. Whether or not they end up being good or bad will likely be determined in future chapters.
