He also shares this history of his personal Moog modular system, which was originally owned by The Beatles, then The Rolling Stones and then Chris Franke of Tangerine Dream. I am probably missing some simple step but does anyone know how to correct these? Is there a procedure, say if the plugin got renamed or something since the book came out (2019)?

I wish there were more patches and exercises, and that they were searchable by functions or other key words. They are scattered around the book and serve as illustrations of the kind of stuff the people they interviewed like to do with their gear. Which is OK, it never pretended to be a patch library or a manual. But this is the most *useful* part of it.The new book about modular synths, their makers, and masters. After the foreword from synth royalty Suzanne Ciani, there's a concise Modular 101 section, covering the basics of synthesis, sampling and synth architecture. Perhaps the team worried that diving straight into too much theory would put people off. I would have been happy with a bit more. Thankfully, as the book settles into its taxonomy of synth modules it continues its gentle instruction, in the context of the hardware categories. As well as systematic sections and general subjects PATCH & TWEAK features interviews with the passionate makers of modules and systems, and the artists who use them, and influence them.
