First of all I noticed a VERY quiet high frequency hum. Now depending on your age, and hearing ability you might not be able to hear it and it is very quiet, you can’t really hear it over the TV. The Innokin Sensis comes with 0.25 and 0.65 ohm Scepter Coils. These are new coils that are capable of handling higher wattages while allowing for restricted lung hits.

Much like the original Kroma-A, the Innokin Kroma-Z has an internal battery, but this time they’ve increased it to 3000mAh. New modes and features include Coil+, Refresh and a very secretive mode that has till now been referred to as ‘Find-F’. There are also 0.5 and 1.2 ohm Sceptre S Coils for restricted lung and mouth-to-lung vaping, respectively. These coils have to be bought separately, but they are worth it. The Innokin Sensis Pod Vape Kit is a mod pod device aimed to be vaped either mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung. Featuring variable wattage with a 3000 mAh battery and an easy-to-fill top cap design.The kit comes with just the one pod, which I find is always a shame, especially considering the vast number of coils available to use with this system. Unfortunately for me, these coils do use the removable bases. So make sure you remember to take them off your coils before disposing of your coils. Does the Coil+ Mode Improve the Experience?

But there will certainly be those who appreciate this second level of airflow adjustment. More so for those who have a specific MTL restriction they are searching for. The 510 adapter is another excellent inclusion because it gives the user the ability to swap out tanks. Airflow wide open, its a fairly airy draw, and thanks to the drip-tip, the warmth comes through nicely, but the flavour is just a little plain that’s all. But the theory behind it is the same as the Coil+, and that seems to work well, so I’m going to go out on a limb and say it works. Obviously I did test it, and it does seem to give it a little flavour boost. But as I said, I didn’t really get the opportunity to use it properly because I didn’t experience a notable flavour drop. The crisp display makes it easy to see your wattage, battery level, coil resistance and all the other geeky stats you might be interested in. DL wise, using the new S Coil at 35 watts is where the F0 function appeared more evident.I went as low as 25Hz for this one, not only did it make the draw silky smooth, it also appeared to boost the flavour from this coil a little.I’m pretty sure it was not in my head as Innokin sent me twokits, one I kept as standard and the other I had the F0 function enabled so I could test side by side.My Innokin Sensis, the Find F thingumabob, has finally arrived, and I went from being potentially one of the first people to get my hands on it to being the last person, thanks to UPS, but that’s a tale for another day. So I think it’s quite clever that Innokin has actually put an option in the settings to change the screen from minimal or pro. Thanks to Variable Wattage mode, you’ll be able to select a power output which produces an amount of power that you feel comfortable with. This means you can either experience a vape that feels closer to a cigarette or one which produces a larger amount of vapour. Thanks to the 510 adapter included, you can also pair this kit with a range of standard vape tanks and use Variable Wattage again to find the correct power output for your tank’s coils. Yes the hype train was strong with this one, there is a Facebook group and a huge campaign outside of the group, for weeks this beauty has been everywhere!
