The twists in this book were just amazing – I didn’t know what was going to happen and to be honest I didn’t want to guess either. I was totally wrapped up in their story! Whilst I love standalone books usually because I want a conclusion fast but I also love a series and this is without doubt going to be an amazing series! I can’t wait to see where their story goes. I love that although the characters evolved and developed over the story they never changed completely they just became better versions of themselves. I never felt like it was right or that it was enough to fully explain this book and the emotions I felt and my love for this story. So, this is my review. The irony isn't lost on me that I have been yammering on about loving a detailed story but this was just too much. Especially because Isabelle is a snivelling mess who should not call herself an FBI anything. Not even an office attendant. Isabelle, who is new to town, is meeting a friend of her Uncle’s that she will be staying with until she gets on her feet and starts her new job as FBI field agent. Regina, the friend of her uncle, is a fellow police officer who supplies her with a file of the person Isabelle was brought to Ravenshoe to investigate whom lo and behold happens to be Isaac Holt, the man that helped her out on the plane. He is being investigated for potential mob connections and all that that implies. Isaac Holt is a very beautiful man, he is an enigma to many, he seems to have popped up from nowhere and has made money that the FBI can’t seem to figure out the history behind, leading them to investigate him and try to figure him out. Isaac is used to woman falling at his feet, he’s rich, powerful and hot, a combination that makes woman weak at the knees. When one falls into his lap twice it seems like fate. Enigma: The Complete Collection is a boxed set that contains the first four books in the Enigma series by Shandi Boyes. The four books are; To be honest I thought after book 3 I would have started to get fed up of Isabelle and Isaac like I have with others before but no – I still love them and I still want more! I definitely don’t want this series to end! I have a feeling I am heading for a book hangover!Wow this novel is amazing you will definitely not be disappointed in Isaacs and Isabelle’s story it's hot and the chemistry between them is so hot it could set your kindle on fire.

Just when Isaac thinks he has everything under control another bombshell is dropped in his lap. They are prodigious and unexplainable.” I love that we still have chapters from both Isaac and Isabelle’s POV. We also get to find out more about Regan in this book too, the name floated about in previous books but we formally get introduced to the character in this book! I’m not quite sure I’m going to view cupcake frosting in the same light again thought after this book! As the story unfolds, the storyline flows from one book into the next- taking us on a truly incredible journey with characters that will capture your heart and mind. I have spent quite a lot of time reflecting on how to do this boxed set real justice- how do I write a review that will convey just how amazing these books are and give you an idea of the story, without giving away any spoilers. I could go into more detail about what each book is about, but I think that gives away too much and you are better off not knowing too many details and just immersing yourself in the stories. Some of the logic in the book just didn’t follow. She also constantly talks about her “inner vixen” and how she’s actually like really kinky, you know. But then she throws a tantrum when she’s being teased. Like… she literally cries. Because he teases her. This boxed set is the best way to explore this series and Ms. Boyes’ work. It’s incredible value for money, four books for the price of one and no wait between books. So, if you are intrigued by the series or are thinking about whether to get the boxed set or not, dive right in and go for it, you are bound to love them just as much as I did. But be prepared to develop a serious addiction to Ms. Boyes stories. The night that he was arrested and his home trashed by the FBI Isaac got himself drunk, He got Hugo to take him to his apartment forgetting Clara was there. When he awoke the next morning he was distressed to see Clara in the same bed as him. Being so drunk he could not remember if anything had happened between the both of them. His first rational thoughts were of Izzy even though she had spent the last few months seeing him while the FBI were investigating him and she was an FBI agent. When Clara spitefully tells Izzy that she and Isaac slept together, she decides to bring the matter up with Isaac, instead of listening to what he might have to say she storms out of their hotel room telling him it’s over. They never followed the rules at all. Especially during her murder trial, they were completely careless about seeing each other without real regards to the consequences.
