Personally, I have never been a fan of the taste of marine collagen, so I prefer to put it into something. Which I have explained further below.Collagen is definitely something you want a healthy amount of, as its benefits extend far beyond giving your skin a healthy glow. As a complex protein, it provides support to the health of muscles, fingernails, bones, fascia, teeth, blood vessels, and hair. The reason why I swear by it is because, having been on it for nearly half a year, my body has benefited hugely. Not only has the skin on my face become more smooth, acne free and plump, but my nails and hair are the strongest they have ever been. As someone who has suffered with brittle nails and hair for so long, having no nail breakages or split ends feels like a miracle, and it’s all down to this supplement.
