About this deal

Maxi Cosi Pebble Pro is i-Size car seat suitable from birth to 75cm (approx 12 months), which features Side Protection System, which efficiently absorbs the energy in the event of a collision. Impact-absorbing material in top side wings offers extra support for your baby. The integrated sun canopy offers excellent sun protection. The best place to fit your newborn car seat is the rear middle seat of your car. The next best place to install your newborn car seat/infant carrier is behind the passenger; this can be done if the middle seat doesn’t have ISOFIX anchors or a three-point seat belt for fixing the car seat in place. We don’t recommend it, but if you need to install the baby car seat in the front passenger seat, be sure to always deactivate the passenger airbag before doing so.

These days, more and more European cars have the ISOFIX system, so there is a good chance that yours will have it too. Our Maxi-Cosi FamilyFix2 easily attaches to your car’s ISOFIX anchor points. Make sure you follow the steps in our user manual for it to be correctly installed into your car. When it comes to travel legislation across Europe, there are two safety standards that you should be aware of: R44 and R129/i-Size. Children up to the age of 12 years old or under a set height should always travel in a car seat that meets one of these approved standards. You may notice that there are a few Maxi Cosi ISOFIX bases that we haven't mentioned here, such as the 3WayFix and the Babyfix. This is because these bases have been phased out by Maxi Cosi and replaced with newer models. We understand that owning a baby car seat means having to install it correctly every day. Our Maxi-Cosi FamilyFix2 makes it hassle-free to install your car seat for extra peace of mind.

R44 groups 0+ (birth to 13 kg), 1 (9 to 18 kg), or 2/3 (15 to 36 kg) are based on your child’s weight, not height and are suitable for children from birth up to 12 years old. In accordance with the law, your baby must travel rearward-facing for at least 9 months. However, R44/04 products are going to be phased out in the future and i-Size will become the standard for car seats. Read more about ECE R44. At Maxi-Cosi, we always recommend traveling with your baby in a rearward-facing position. That’s something you should do until they’re at least 15 months old. This is a view that’s been supported by experts and research, and you can read more about why we recommend it here. Removing an ISOFIX base varies depending on which base you have, but it usually involves pressing a button and disconnecting the base from the ISOFIX anchorage points. The base's user manual will usually contain a section that guides you through the installation and removal process so you can ensure you complete these steps safely and correctly. Why choose an ISOFIX? Does your car seat cover need a bit of freshening up? Wipe it down with a damp cloth, or put it in the washing machine up to 30°C. EcoCare fabrics are produced without the use of hazardous chemicals, meaning that babies' skin is not exposed to any potential risks.

Equipped with an adjustable headrest and baby-hugg inlay the seat offers maximum comfort and protection for child's head. The innovative stay-open harness and one-pull harness system make it easy to fasten the baby in the seat. The safety harness height conveniently adjusts to fit your growing child perfectly.
