The opening sequence borrows stylistically from 8-bit videogames and tapestries, replacing Scylla and Charybidis with islands that chomp. It's one of the neater touches in the film, and that's possibly it's biggest frustration.

Nevertheless, it’s always great to be in a cinema full of mainly kids with their parents and the adults all laughing in sync whilst the kids look confused.

If you think "Redwall meets Hollow Knight and Salt & Sanctuary," you’ll have a pretty good idea of what Tails of Iron is.
