CHERYL: As honorary chair-person, and de-facto queen of tonight's semi-formal, it is my great pleasure to introduce this evening's main entertainment. To know them is to be obsessed with them. Although they usually perform their own material, tonight they're making an exception and debuting a cover of the song my parents claim they were listening to the night Jason and I were conceived. This one's for you Jay-Jay. At The Pembrooke, Veronica sat with Betty as Polly gave her statement to Sheriff Keller of the days leading up to Jason Blossom's death. Later, in the student lounge at school, Betty discussed Polly's dilemma with the group, in which the Coopers wanted her but not the baby, while the Blossoms wanted the baby but not her. As a potential solution, Veronica suggested they host a baby shower for Polly, as she thought baby steps would be the best way to approach the situation, starting with getting Polly and her parents together and in a public setting where they couldn't fight. Just as she asked Betty what she thought, however, Alice entered the lounge, demanding to speak with both her and Betty. Apparently, after Sheriff Keller interviewed Polly that morning, he had informed Alice of Polly's whereabouts, which Veronica took the blame for since she she was the one who made the offer. Betty, however, defended her friend, as unlike Alice, she was trying to help. As Veronica looked on proudly, Betty stood up to her mother, informing her of Veronica's offer to host a baby shower, which Betty thought was a great idea, and told Alice to stay away if she would not be supportive. JUGHEAD: It was midnight, when my old friend, Archie Andrews, arrived at the one place in town that's still open. He was looking for the girl next door. Instead, he found me. NEW STORY ARC! "Hunted," Pt 3: As more women go missing in Riverdale, the Vixens worry that they may have been used as a pawn in someone's evil scheme. They need to come up with a plan to save the missing ladies—but is it too late?

In the student lounge, after Betty's sister Polly escaped from the group home her parents had hidden her away in to hide her pregnancy by Jason Blossom, Betty recounted to the group all that had happened with her sister. She became upset and Veronica noticed a moment between Betty and Jughead as he comforted her which Veronica later asked Betty about. Betty admitted there was something between them and Veronica was excited for her, approving of Jughead. She then joined the search party Betty and Jughead organized to find Polly, which was ultimately unsuccessful. KEVIN: Obviously not Moose, you're on the football team. But if you were gay, what would you like to do?

Kevin: Betty, you will not believe who just propositioned me in the bathroom. Give you a hint: His name may be Moose, but I'd describe a certain appendage of his as horse-like.

Pop culture icons as bikers. I wouldn't have bought into the concept until I read Gotham City Garage, which did an impressive job with the concept. Betty & Veronica had a high bar to clear. They didn't even get off the ground. Cheryl – “Stand down, Eva Peron” Veronica – “Cheryl. No one invited Fascist Barbie to the party [19]”Anyway, following Doc has somehow allowed the girls to escape the cops. Ethel is appreciative, but Cheryl points out that Doc could have tipped the cops off. The Thrashers’ leader sides with “Big Red”. Toni apologizes to Doc. After the Vixens and most of the Thrashers leave, Doc pulls Sue (who’s trying to fix her apparently-broken bike) and shoves her into his car. He takes off. The strangest ones are the ones who ask for the most unexpected things. What's weird to me is not necessarily weird to the vanilla bystander, but my strangest session by far ended up with me writing two comparative essays for the sub. The next day, outside Bullfrog Beach (which we’ve never heard of before), the Vixens meet. Cheryl says it’s nice of the ladies to show up. It sure is, considering Cheryl’s vagueness about when to show up. And where, apparently. I’m guessing this isn’t their regular beach.

Veronica Cecilia Lodge (formerly Luna and Gekko) is a main character on The CW's Riverdale. She is portrayed by Camila Mendes. The two made up later, however, when Betty witnessed Veronica's compassionate side and realized she was a better person than she had given her credit for.
