After some time, in the base CS I replaced woody notes with ambroxan, which makes CS I more versatile and younger. For some time, it feels like a combination of Sauvage and Layton. Just like PDM Layton, the projection level and the longevity are almost the same. It easily lasts like 7-8hrs with a strong projection. First of all, the price range of Royal Equestrian is pretty good. It’s neither much costly nor cheap. And probably, this is the most expensive clone on this list. In a word, Layton is a pure masterpiece. It’s a fantastic smelling cologne and a huge compliments getter. But the price tag of PDM Layton is pretty high. So, finding an alternative fragrance would be your best chance to smell like PDM Layton without losing an arm or a leg.

Instead of the animalic oudy spirit, in Loyal Agar we are greeted by a radiant, delicate freshness reminiscent of lavender, coriander and rosewood oil. It seems complex and natural, with a slight floral and woody undertone, but it's completely synthetic;I think it's Coranol. You have smelled the familiar metallic accent of this fresh transparent note in combination with others, especially in men's fragrances. For example, in Dune for Men, Issey Miyake Pour Homme, andBvlgari for Men. A slight hint of green apple and violet powder were added to fill the bare freshness with a white cloud. Significantly, Loyal Agar is more potent than PDM Layton itself. The longevity and the projection level both are higher than PDM Layton. But Loyal Agar is not an identical twin of PDM Layton. Let’s dive into the fragrance to explore it. Well, amber and spices in the base make this fragrance more stunning. As they used precisely the same elements as PDM Layton in the middle without jasmine. But I’m pretty much sure you’ll not find any differences between these two after the opening. Just like PDM Layton, Dusk starts with a smooth wave of Apple mixed with lavender. You may find some pepper in the opening. But trust me, after 15-20 mins this cologne exactly mimics PDM Layton.

But surprisingly, after an hour, it perfectly mimics the drydown of PDM Layton. You’ll find the same woody vibe along with some spices and vanilla, just like the Layton. They prepared a fantastic combination of wood, vanilla, and spices in the base, which is the main attraction of this fragrance. Additionally, the performance of this cologne fantastic. I got around 9hrs of projection with 4hrs of solid projection. The bottle design is classy and elegant also. Honestly, It’s tough to blindfold this cheap clone which performs way better than the original. Miss this gem at your own risk.

But still, when you’re wearing it, everyone will think you’re wearing Layton. It’s like a fresh Layton with one-fourth of the original price.
