About this deal

Performs shooting by focusing at the Snap distance with a single press of the Shutter Release Button or a touch of the LCD Monitor*

i used to get quite hung up on using the right shade and still do often go down that route. but as i have noticed the variables apply not only to the real deal the photos and the model manufactures interpretaitions of the bs colours often varying wildly from each other and even from pot to pot themselves. whilst they are a good starting point and fine for most subjects it still may not give the desired effect. Image quality: The 24mp sensor and lens together are capable of taking incredibly crisp and detailed images. RAW software that supports DNG (virtually every one). It also enables 14-bit RAW files for the first time on a GR camera (the GR II had 12-bit RAW files). As the GR III doesn't have a viewfinder (unless you buy and add the optional viewfinder that slots into the hotshoe on top of the camera), being able to move the focus point by touching the screen whilst holding the camera at arm's length is something of a revelation, for the GR series at least. 1080p VideoEven post lights inserted in edits is a reality, so there goes the strobists as long as you have good (auto) exposure to start with.)

The metallic, warm-gray color and textured surface of the RICOH GR III Diary Edition camera body are designed to reflect the camera’s reliability and quality, with the textured finish also ensuring a firm grip. The attractive finish also gives the camera an appearance that it is more than an imaging tool, as the warm color helps the camera “blend” easily into daily life. The grip rubber has a dark-brown finish that complements the camera body. When mounted, the ring cap with a natural-silver finish, accentuates the warm-toned camera body. The latest firmware version (v. 1.41) allows for touch-screen activation of both focus and shutter release. In other words, you point the lens at the subject, compose the image on the screen and simply touch where you want the focus point to be and you’ve captured the image. The compact size makes the GR III great for travel, while the rapid start-up (0.8s) and enhanced operability provided by the control dial and touchscreen ensures you’re always ready to take that impromptu photo. A three-axis shake reduction mechanism delivers 4 stops of stabilisation, helping in handheld shooting and perfect for content creation on the go. But we did have other aircraft from time to time. The picture I have of the LAG jet in the hide is of the nose only so I can't positively identify the aircraft. The GR III is a major update to the GR and GR II that preceded it. The resolution increase from 16-24MP was expected (and overdue) but the addition of sensor stabilization, a touch-sensitive screen, and the removal of the built-in flash make the GR III a very different photographic tool, albeit one that should feel instantly familiar to GR / II fans.
