Yes mate,I see the pic...and you said the only choice was...then the pic,so I carried it on and hyphenated, 'cut em down '..lol Worst boots I had for grip, were Brasher hillmaster gtx, they look the part, but omg,I found on local slate paths so,so dangerous...my coccyx, certainly took a couple bad slip, one up on the cliffs once... Dog walking boots” is a pretty subjective phrase. Stores don’t tend to have special sections for them, unlike, say, horse-riding boots or golf shoes. The perfect boots for your dog walks depends on three main factors: the type of terrain you walk on, the amount of walking you do (a husky wants and needs to walk far more each day than a pug), and the type of footwear you’re used to. Pictured above are Waggoners Wells. This tranquil beauty spot near Frensham makes a nice addition to your outing. Frensham Little Pond is a designated SSSI nature reserve and dogs are only allowed on a lead on the heathland to protect the ground nesting birds. At the Great Pond please do not take them onto the beach area or into the pond. Further Information and Other Local Ideas

The only issue I have with them is no good in Winter for rushing out to hit a run as both liner and boot have to be put on separately so I just remove the liner and use the wellie itself which because of what it is made off seems to have it's own thermal properties as it is warm to the touch.Le chameau are brilliant boots use mine for walks, but static fishing and warmth Baffin trappers job done Thursley National Nature Reserve is located a few miles to the east in Elstead. The wildlife rich reserve has miles of footpaths through heathland and woodland with a huge variety of wildlife. I love these boots! They’re really comfortable and I feel like I could walk around all day in them no matter what I was doing…and talk about warm! My feet feel really cushioned and protected. They look stylish also, I wouldn’t mind throwing them on with jeans or dresses, definitely my favourite. – Hollie, one of our HQ testers.

The best "Wellies" I have ever had is Navitas lite insulated boots". A fully removable felt liner which can be replaced. I use them not only for freshwater fishing in the winter but also stood on the beach sea fishing and I have never had cold feet in them yet. In Summer just use them without the liner, they have good tread and they are that lite you don't know you have them on. You can even use the liner on it's own as a bivvy boot but no good to stand in the wet on their own. The Frensham Ponds Hotel is a lovely place to enjoy afternoon tea after your walk. There's a waterside outdoor seating area with fine views over the pond. It's the perfect place to relax after your exercise. Brashers have a heritage-inspired design that some might find a little clumpy-looking, but others (including me) find very beautiful. Beneath that classic exterior is a waterproof eVent membrane system designed to protect against all kinds of adverse conditions, including ice and snow, without making your feet feel hot. They’re pricey, but look after them and they’ll last a lifetime. Keen’s leather walking boots are the closest you’ll get to your very own built-in paws. The waterproof full-grain leather uppers are cut and shaped to provide ample flexibility along with protection, so there’s no wearing-in or plasters needed: they’re good to go out of the box. The addition of a breathable waterproof membrane and mesh liner help to keep the water out while also staving off any clamminess or smelly feet, whatever the weather. They’re also designed to be as easy as possible to clean. Hiking boots are made for uneven terrain. They make excellent dog walking boots for long walks through the woods and countryside. But serious hiking boots can take some getting used to. And the stiffer and heavier a boot, the more uncomfortable it is for walking on pavements and other hard, flat terrain.

When you’ve gotta go, you’ve gotta go. And just because it’s drizzling a bit, or your dog’s favourite routes are full of mud and puddles, that won’t stop her from wanting a walk and a wee. So as well as your hiking-style boots for long comfortable walks, you’ll also want a pair of pull-on wellies that are constructed well enough to be comfy. And these great-value PVC wellies are so comfortable that you may decide to wear them even when the sun’s out.For a relaxing day whatever time of the year, Frensham Ponds are a great escape from the hustle and bustle. So if you’re not expecting to venture far from pavements and you’re not used to wearing walking boots, opt instead for a pair of light walking boots that offer good grip, weatherproofing and ankle support, but don’t make your feet feel weighed down. They won’t last as long as hiking boots, but they’ll be more comfortable and flexible. but seeing as you missed the most important point I was making it was of course the FIT !!!! and for people like me its the most important point everyone knows if your boots are a loose fit they stay warmer than a tight fitting pair I like how you like to pass on tips to people but how on earth do you know if they're much cop without giving them the run around a bit of different terrain and what not?

Salomon’s boots are so light and flexible you’ll want to break into a run, which may please your dog no end. They’re made for walking, of course, but their lightness makes them best suited to firm ground. They do repel the water better than you may expect from the mesh fabric uppers, thanks to a Gore-Tex lining that makes the boot both waterproof and breathable, so they’re fine for drizzle and shallow puddles.

Sure some grips are better and the material they are made out of is equally important. They look decent enough better than my flip flops. Frensham Ponds were originally created in the 13th century to supply fish to the Bishop of Winchester whilst visiting Farnham Castle. HOWEVER ..................HALLYFUKINLOOYAH...............
