In addition to the tools above, you’re going to need some ingredients to make this recipe, too! Chances are, you might already have some of them in your fridge or pantry. Their seeds, however, are much smaller than regular cucumbers, which makes for a smoother purée. They also have little to no bitterness.Cucumber: English / hot house / seedless cucumbers are the best variety to use in this cucumber martini, although any variety will blend just fine and taste great. Strain it with a fine mesh strainer!This removes any sediment that might float on the top of the surface of the lemonade. Make extra. After all, if you’re hosting several friends, you might as well double or triple the recipe so you’re not mixing up margaritas by request throughout the evening. You can also turn these into a pitcher drink—I’ll explain in the recipe card! Also Great for Small Batches.
