About this deal

Any mushrooms can create this delicious dish. Why not try a stamella shroom for some added oomph, giving Link the Hyrulian equivalent of a Red Bull with a boost to his stamina? Veggie porridge We put this under “meat and poultry” because, well, as its pixelated presentation suggests, whatever is in this dish is not for the faint of heart. Just combine monster parts with anything edible and you’re sure to ruin Link’s day. Recovers health. Add more for greater effect, and different types for added buffs (e.g. Rushroom for speed buff)

These effects are the generally useful since they boost survivability and improve combat. To add effects to your recipes, simply combine default ingredients to at least one ingredient that grants a status effect. Ingredients that Increase Maximum Stamina Ingredient The art book also notably avoids any designs featuring Ganon or whatever other big evil has raised Hyrule castle into the air. Perhaps Nintendo suspected the art book might find its way online prior to the game's launch? Or perhaps it is simply meant for consumption while playing - so deliberately avoids any endgame details. Roasted items only restore a small amount of health, and you get few, if any, benefits from the ingredients’ unique properties. You have limited opportunities when cooking over an open flame. Keep it simple, that’s what Chef Link always says, and meat plus salt sure is simple. Aim your arrow straight, get that meat easy-peasy (no skinning required in Hyrule!), and find some fire. Rise above the competition with prime or gourmet meat and you’ll have a Michelin star in no time.“A dash of salt is all it needs”– Link Fearnley-Whittingstall. Meaty rice balls

To use a cooking pot, open your inventory, and select the ingredients you want to use. You can add up to five, and how much you add may determine the effect you get. Cooking one Rushroom provides a low-level speed boost that lasts for a short time, for example, but if you cook three, the boost lasts for longer. Rarer ingredients tend to offer stronger effects as well. The Staminoka Bass gives you a better stamina buff than the Stamella Mushroom or the stamina onion bulb. Hope this helps! EDIT 1: I'll keep adding more in edits of this comment that I get in my game that aren't on your list.

A bit of Hylian rice fried up with meat in some high-quality oil bags you this delicious dish. You can also add an egg to improve the texture. Salt-grilled meatYou have two options for cooking in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, and while the Great Sky Island has two stewards who teach you the basics, it’s easy to miss them if you aren’t exploring every inch of the island. The book details a number of new characters, enemies, enemy types and some attractive new locations. There are far too many combinations to list them all here, although your personal recipe list (go to the Food tab and hit 'X' to find it) keeps a record of all recipe history, so make sure to reference that if you've created something extra special and you want to recreate it.
