About this deal

When a crashed alien ship risks setting off World War III, the Justice League intervenes in hopes of averting disaster. Unfortunately for Superman, the ship is suffering from an engine malfunction which runs the risk of unleashing a singularity, and the only possible person who can contain the singularity is him. Bravely stepping up to the task, Superman does manage to use his body to contain the singularity - but vanishes along with the ship as a result. That night Lois Lane awaits her husband's return, and is initially only mildly annoyed when he appears a few hours later than usual. Deal with the Devil: The Contrectatio Horde offers to take Superman home if he'll let them "salvage" New Ark. Superman refuses, and drives them away. FROM THE EISNER-NOMINATED DEATHSTROKE TEAM OF CHRISTOPHER PRIEST AND CARLO PAGULAYAN Superman: Lost Finding His Way Home is Only the Beginning

Anger Born of Worry: When you're Lois Lane, you don't get scared or cry after your husband comes home acting like a complete stranger. You get angry and you demand answers, even if you have to interrogate Batman to get them. Now, LOLtron, let's try to keep it together this time and refrain from trying to take over the world, alright? Let's hear your thoughts on the preview. LOLtron feels anticipation for the release of Superman: Lost #4. Exploring the emotional and psychological aspects of a seemingly invulnerable superhero could potentially expand readers' understanding of the character. This particular storyline could also add a new layer to the interpersonal dynamics in Lois and Superman's relationship.

DC Comics Will Finally Reveal The Clown Prince Of Crime's Definitive Origin In THE JOKER YEAR ONE

Heroic Sacrifice: Superman intends to make one, staying with the crashed alien ship so that his body can contain the singularity. Instead he gets tossed through time and space.

Cover image for 0123DC028 Superman: Lost #1 Lee Weeks Cover, by (W) Christopher Priest (A) Carlo Pagulayan, Jason Paz (CA) Lee Weeks, in stores Tuesday, March 14, 2023 from DC Comics Cover image for 0423DC210 Superman: Lost #4 Cover, by (W) Christopher Priest (A/CA) Carlo Pagulayan – Jason Paz, in stores Tuesday, June 13, 2023 from DC Comics Percussive Therapy: Being abandoned by the space dolphins, who also took his personal survival kit, causes Superman to destroy Marquis in a fit of rage. Ah, Superman. The strong, invulnerable, and apparently emotionally fragile Man of Steel. In this week's upcoming Superman: Lost #4, hitting stores on Tuesday, June 13th, we find our hero stranded on a comet and feeling a little, shall we say, "emo." How fun. While exploring the deepest recesses of his vast psyche, the Kryptonian poster boy is experiencing an emotional crisis that affects not only him but also dear sweet Lois, who's left grappling with the virtual stranger in her own home. Let's hope DC includes some tissues to go along with this tearjerker. Shout-Out: Clark wears a t-shirt while visiting his adopted parents with a very familiar logo on it.But what for the rest of the world was only a couple of hours, was twenty years for Superman... Tropes; Last Chance to Quit: The Contrectatio Horde offer to take Superman with them on their FTL ships and go look for Earth, if he steps aside and lets them pillage New Ark. Superman: Lost has been several years in the making and it’s been incredibly difficult for me to keep quiet about this,” said Priest when the series was first announced. “I am absolutely delighted to be reunited with my Deathstroke team as we explore the emotional toll a tragic loss exacts. A man of steel, from an alien species, is ultimately the most human among us. And finding his way home is only the beginning.” Surprisingly Sudden Death: Lois muses on this in the first issue, thinking about how most people get no forewarning about the day their lives will end. Everything starts out as a normal day, up until they die. Depower: While on "Kansas" Superman is only half as powerful as he normally would be, because of the planet's sun which is unstable, and turning into a red giant.
