A question I get a lot is if you can make Spotify Glass plaques and sell them. This is a slippery slope. Spotify is clear in its terms and conditions that you are not allowed to sell the codes. This means that generally Spotify Glass Plaques are not allowed to be created for commercial use. Once you are done weeding, transfer your vinyl to your transfer tape. STEP 5: Assemble the Spotify Music Plaque Unzip the file. If you do not have a program installed on your computer to unzip, I recommend 7-zip. (It’s free! Windows only) To make the word spacing easier, group letters in a word.Manually move the words around to your desired liking. You can use a condensed version of the steps included in this craft tutorial and still use the free Spotify SVG file available in my free resource library.
I put the glass panel on my cutting mat because it has a grid that I can use as a guide. I put it in the bottom cornerand then placed my album cover first to see how I wanted to center it. There is also a smaller blue box that you can put the song length in. I recommend deleting this layer as well as the 0:00 timer unless you are making a larger design. This was very difficult to weed. What you CAN do is make Spotify glass plaques for personal use. This means you can make it for yourself and your family and friends. (Did I mention it’s the perfect gift?) Depending on your frame size you will want to adjust it to fit accordingly. In the free Spotify SVG template from this tutorial, the final picture size is 4.5″ x 4.5″. You could also glue a piece of string on either side of your artwork (use strong glue like gorilla glue or E6000) and then hang it on the wall that way. How does Spotify Glass Work? I liked to start from the corner to get the bigger piece off and then use my weeding tools to get the smaller bits.
