The OLED display is not terribly bright and the brightness cannot be adjusted. It is hard to see in a well-lit room and virtually impossible to see outside on a sunny day. Good thing for the automatic modes. Step 4 : Open the Go-tcha app, wait for the app to instruct you to activate the unit and then push the little red button on the Go-tcha device.
The price is fair for what you get. Its a very sturdy and well built device that looks really sleek If you have also been using the GO Plus + with Pokémon GO, then you will receive a certain amount of Berries based upon how many PokéStops you have spun with the GO Plus + since you last connected the device. I’ve only had one issue with reconnecting, and I forget what caused the issue, but I know it had something to do with me playing with the settings. As the manual states, when the device is charging, you can push it in 10 times rapidly, and this resets the device, if you ever have any connectivity issues, do this, and it will be fixed.To temporarily disable wireless communication such as in a hospital or airplane, turn off the Bluetooth ® function on your smart device. See the instructions for your smart device for more information about disabling Bluetooth or wireless communications. Components Home screen > Settings > Pokemon Go Plus > Find the device entry > Tap the underlined upward pointing arrow icon beside the device listing. It should then vanish. Now the Go-tcha app can find and pair with the device again. Just re-follow Step 4+ in the original set-up guide to re-pair. I have used and tested EVERY auto catcher on the market looking for the best one and this one was a disappointment. I will go through the ones I have used and you can decide for yourself if this is the best one for your personal needs. P.s. To the people who call this “cheating”, I could really care less. This does not effect you at all. It’s a game, and everyone should be able to enjoy it the way they see fit, especially if you are paying for parts of it.
Catches pokemon and spins poke stops really slow. This is the most infuriating part of this device. I has the regular gotcha for a long time and it caught pokemon so much faster than this one does. I was really looking forward to using this one but it is almost impossible to use while driving or moving fast on a bike. I would honestly rather use the regular Gotcha than this one because of how slowly it moves on to the next 'mon or stop. Like the official accessory, it will only make one, single capture attempt per Pokemon, with a plain, straight throw of a regular (red) Poke ball. If the Pokemon breaks free, it automatically runs away. In other words, if you're somewhere known to spawn ultra-rare Pokemon that are hard to catch, you may want to turn off the automatic catch mode and just use your phone so you can use berries, throw curve balls, or use Great balls and Ultra Balls as you see fit. Now, that's not to say that you will never catch a wild Dragonite or Tyranitar with your GO-tcha, just don't hold your breath. The title of this review says it all. This device works about 500% better than the "official" Pokemon GO Plus.

Besides needs LOTS of Poke Balls, you will also need enough room in your Poke Storage for the sudden influx of Pokemon. You may want to consider cleaning the wheat from the chaff in your Pokemon collection every day to maintain enough space. Poke Storage is limited to 1,000 spaces, max, so you'll need to stay on top of it. CONNECTION: Maximum connection period is about an hour in my case. However you will find your best solution to reconnect within a couple days of use. This is one of the things I love with the wristband, the amount of stardust you can get. If you commute to work, driving that is then you can have your wristband on capturing pokemon and spinning pokestops, earning you stardust each and everytime. After a day of having my pokemon go wristband on I normally have around 50k stardust waiting for me so that I can upgrade my pokemon.

Overall this is an amazing device. Definitely helps gameplay, and for players that love the game, but can’t constantly be looking at their screen, this is amazing. There is a Pikachu in the Pokémon GO Plus + which will react to you, sing to you and more with more interactions becoming possible as you get more days of sleep. This Pikachu will also appear as a Helper Pokémon in the game and has a Night Cap If you are using the device for mass catching while driving or biking through heavily Pokemon inhabited areas, plan to go through a LOT of Pokeballs. To the tune of 50 - 70 balls an hour. We cover regular weekly and monthly Pokémon GO events, such as Spotlight Hour Times And Bonus Hour Times, and Community Days. We also have charts, including a Type Chart With Effectiveness And Weakness For All Types, an Egg Chart Explaining 2km, 5km, 7km, & 10km Eggs, and a Buddy Chart Explaining How To Earn Candy.
