The lume is a major disappointment; it’s truly abysmal. They may as well not have bothered it’s that bad. However, lume is always at the bottom of the list for cost savings and I always find it to be terrible on cheap watches. I do wear multiple automatic watches throughout a week and I don’t use a watch winding box, so I manually wind it if the power reserve has expired. The threading on the crown is durable, and I’ve only had a couple of times where the threading won’t connect. The lume is extremely good on this watch. It out performs other watches I have from Casio and Timex, though I haven't compared it to anything higher end. Yesterday, for example, I wore it indoors all day and went for a 30 minute walk under overcast skies, not ideal conditions for charging lume. This morning, six hours after going to bed, I was still able to see the hands clearly. This is typical performance for this watch. I am very impressed with the lume.
Our goal has always been to provide the best service of high quality watches to our customers all over the world! The logo: the onlything on this entire watch that’s original. How does it hold up? I think it looks pretty good here. Sometimes these cheapo homage brands have such terrible brand names, with revolting fonts and icons. “Pagani” is hardly a beautiful name, but it looks pretty good on a Rolex homage. The icon itself is also quite pleasing to the eye; a shield shape that plays on a variety of letters. I’m not going to pass comment on how this watch looks, after all, Pagani Design have had nothing to do with the timeless brilliance of the Rolex. The only thing they can take credit for is the logo – which I’ll touch on later. Clearly, there are some issues with the watch; it’s not perfect. The bezel has some play, as does the bracelet. And the lume is non-existent. But, that’s where my grumbling ends. Everything else about this watch is utterly brilliant for the price. It looks fantastic, wears well, and for the most part, is excellently built.The crown was different from the one shown. This one is longer with smaller fluting. Serviceable without getting in the way, but it is different. It is a screw down crown that has a very tight fitting gasket. There is no doubt to me that it will keep water out. The high-quality appearance makes it the best gift for parties, holidays and birthdays, allowing you to win the favor of more people. Remember in the 80s, Japanese and Korean products were seen as cheap in the West - it's changed now. As mentioned, I have used the watch when traveling to Vegas and being in the desert every day, and it held up just fine. Truth being said, I am wearing it today as well, although I have plenty of other options and have recently bought a number of new watches. Makes me think……. In the West, China got a reputation for bad quality product and there's definitely bad products coming out of China because the country became the workshop of the world.
The stated 100m water resistance is questionable: simply put, I wouldn’t trust it. It’s not the kind of watch I’d take swimming anyway, purely because I wouldn’t want to risk it. There is a part of me that thinks these are quite possibly made in the same factories as replicas, and that it is possibly the replica trade that’s squeezing the price-to-quality ratio. Some may be bothered by that, others will not bat an eyelid. After all, that’s complete hearsay with no proof, and this isn’t a replica. But of course, just the fact that this is a complete homage will make it a complete no-no for some. The movement is beautiful. It isn't marked which movement it has, which is concerning. However, the decoration on the movement is far and above better than anything I have seen in the price range. Sure there could be more decoration, but it is impressive what they were able to do! The cyclops does what it needs to do, but is not of the highest quality which makes it a bit hit or miss when trying the see the date. The plexi is not coated with AR, which is both a blessing and a nuisance. It allows the dial, arms and dots to really shine, but reflection is there. Yes, you can still easily read it whilst out in abundant sunshine in the desert, but there is a bit of glare. This watch is made of artificial sapphire glass, which can improve glass resistance and provide scratch resistance, and has a GMT function, and the color can easily match your various clothes. This custom logo is embossed on the end of the screw-in crown, which is finished much better than I was expecting. I was thinking either plain, or laser etched at most. Bezel rotation is firm, but with sound when rotating, and does not have any play. Bezel inlay is aluminium / metal like, to be honoring the gen Pepsi bezels of the past.
Since it’s establishment our brand has had a steady growth in the inventory, with many new products every year. We are looking forward to form a friendly and mutually beneficial relationships with you in the near future.The bracelet is lighter in weight and feel than the Rolex one, and certainly feels cheaper. Nonetheless the finish is quite good for a watch in this price range. It even has screw down pins to shorten the bracelet. So screw and pin are one, like with a gen Omega. Much easier and straightforward to shorten the bracelet because of this.
From my experience this watch is phenomenal. I bought it mostly as a fun piece but it has become my favorite watch. The GMT function has made it really useful for me. I work in information technology and often have to look at log files that are time stamped in UTC. Having UTC on my watch makes it very easy to compare times. Pagani Design Trademark was registered in November 2012. Our company is specialist on making homage of famous brands like Rolex, Omega and TAG Hauer among other quality luxury brands. Overall this is a great GMT-clone. The bracelet is comfortable and easy to adjust. I can’t speak for the long-term accuracy of the movement, but so far it has been very accurate (+/-30s/day). The bracelet is very well made. While it has a bit more give in the links than a Rolex, it feels very sturdy and secure. The links are screwed in instead of pressure fit, a nice touch. The polishing on the center links isn't mirror quality, but it looks nice still. The lume on the watch is very, very good, with both the dots, hands and the numeral inserts on the bezel light up in the dark and makes it very easy to read time. Day lume is equally excellent.
