About this deal

A simple family tree project is a fun way for children to create a lasting record of their family history. Naturally curious, children can record interesting facts, for instance, about where their great grandparents lived, what their childhood was like and what they did for a living. And record ‘special stories’ in Jofli’s logbook. The journal can be personalised with your family name and become a treasured keepsake. Under the weather Jofli is a versatile educational resource, helping children to explore their world with spoken, written and drawn communications, essential to the EYFS and KS1 curriculum. He is used in many early years, primary school and childminder settings, engaging children in their learning and the stories of their own lives, so important to their self-development.

The post even found its way to Suzi O’Neill the creator of Jofli Bear.“I think it’s great to see children and parents having fun together,” says the entrepreneur from Sheffield. “Some parents see the task of having the class bear for the night as a chore, but the purpose of the take-home-ted is to help improve links between home and school and to encourage parents to interact in their child’s education. Please note that Jofli Starter Kits are safety tested for over 3s due to small parts, fibre loss and trapping parts on the ring-binder. Adult supervision is required for younger children and for them not to be left unattended. Family tree bears"With love and hugs from Steel City Cruisers, hot rod and custom carenthusiasts. The money was collected from our annual show, thanksto all who attended."The makers of Jofli promote him as being appealing to a number of different audiences such as scout and guide groups, for childminders to engage parents in their child’s activities, as a way of offering comfort and stability to adopted or fostered children in their "Journey of Life" and to encourage literacy in youngsters, but to name a few.

bear Russell Danzey Racing "I'll try and collect more sponsors at myrace at Donnington Park 24th April" www.russelldanzey.com Ever wanted to make your own family tree? Creating memories and history is the perfect job for Jofli and loves to help children with their writing, knowledge and geography of their life beginnings and their ancestors. The children love JOFLI and are very proud when it is their turn to take him. For many of our children this is the one quality toy they have the chance to interact with. Having this as a send home toy has also allowed us to work with our families in a supportive way which has been a real benefit to us.Robert Jamieson, the four year old’s father from Ayr put a photo of Jessica with Jofli Bear from Wallacetown Nursery School on Facebook with the message, “Please like and share, this is the wee teddy that my wee angelcake has to bring home from school for the night, this is his adventure to see how far he can travel through Facebook. Jofli bear makes the perfect baby gift and baby book for your family’s new arrival. Jofli’s journal can be used to create a record of all the treasured, special moments and firsts that make baby's early years so magical. Older children can get involved too, or even have their own Jofli bear and journal, personalised with their name, to signal their start of being a big brother or sister. I was so pleased to hear that the company which promotes JOFLI would be moving into doing work relating to safety as this bear is such a fantastic way to reach out to children and encourage them to participate in activities which they might otherwise not do. Wherever you’re going, and however you’re getting there, Jofli loves to go with you, he's an adventure bear! He’ll help you remember all your adventures for years to come. You’ll never forget what you did each day, or perhaps how you endured the great British weather! Especially if you’re sailing, camping or caravanning, you’ll make many stops, and see so many places and interesting things, you may want to remember every moment. bear "This bear comes with much love to a special child at Bluebell Wood" Mary Howard from Midlothian USA

Our first outing with Jofli – or Adam, as my Adam decided to rename him – was to the annual Carve Carrbridge chainsaw carving competition. When Jessica Jamieson-Holliday took the class bear home for the night, she didn’t realise just how far their adventure would take them. Since then Jofli has become a regular part if our life – he comes most places with us, even to the shops, and we try to fill in as much information about our days spent into the little journal provided. It not only means that Adam is learning to articulate well about his day, but I am getting the benefits too as he excited to see me write down all his stories and I am also finding out what is important to him. We are a family that likes to talk and as I am a working mum I am obsessive about making sure I know what the kids have been up to and making sure that I still feel part of their day and reassuring them, that I am still involved and interested in what they have done.

Wherever you’re going, and however you’re getting there, Jofli loves to go with you! He’ll help you remember all your adventures for years to come. You’ll never forget what you did each day, or perhaps how you endured the great British weather! Especially if you’re sailing, camping or caravanning, you’ll make many stops, and see so many places and interesting things you may want to remember every moment. But the proof is in the pudding and Jofli has been a great tool at encouraging us to really think about our activities. So maybe the next time the class bear comes home for the night you might enjoy the adventure a little more knowing that there is a purpose behind it, and that the time spent together will have more of a positive effect than you may have thought. In fact, on one occasion Adam even asked me to write in the book about what I had done – not only did I feel dead chuffed he wanted to know about my day, but it gave him an understanding of what I do as a journalist.

The journal has the word ‘Adventures’ on the front. You can personalise it by adding a name or word above i.e. Emma’s Adventures, Camping Adventures etc. (max 20 letters) bear Richard Copley Dunn "Sent with Love from Richard,Lindsey James and Dylan...Be thankful for what you have x" My name is Sally Ann Boulton and I am the head teacher of Rothwell Haigh Road Infant School in Leeds.I would like to tell you about how amazing Jofli Bear has been for us.Jofli bear is a comforting companion for children when they are feeling under the weather. He can accompany them to the doctors, dentist or hospital, and help them to record, in his journal, any important information they need to remember about their medicines and treatment. Robert and Jessica have shown that you don’t have to go far to have an adventure, and that teaching is not just for teachers. It is well documented that children learn more from their parents than their teachers, and that the effort put in by parents by reading stories aloud, meeting with teachers etc. has a significant impact on a child’s educational achievement. bear "With much love to all the children at Bluebell Wood from Susan atLifechangeTherapy." www.lifechange-therapy.co.uk bear Tracy Jesson "This is a Gift from Ginger Marketing and CommunicationsLimited.
